we only have the boxscores of the UK shows and only 3/8 shows were sold out, all under 5K people.

She sold out big venues like the O2 in UK tho?

Tokyo Metropolitan Area

2x Tokyo Garden Theater = 2x 8K = 16K

1x Pacifico Yokohama = 5K

Philippines

Araneta Coliseum = 9,679 for concerts

She should just schedule one show at the Tokyo Dome or the Saitama Super Arena and that would be her Japan tour.

No need for her to cross-cross the entire country when she could perform at a stadium and have all her Japanese fans converge in one place for one show.

And why does she feel the need to perform at the same venue whenever she goes to the Philippines?

The Mall of Asia Arena is relatively new and is at the center of Manila.

Where are the Latin dates??? It’s getting weird just announce it!! Mexico, Colombia, Chile & Argentina are waiting

Is she even popular in Colombia? Or even in Peru?

why is she adding a show in the Tokyo suburbs instead of just adding a 3rd show in Tokyo :clown:

Yokohama is the second-largest city in Japan. Lots of artists add a date in Yokohama while on tour in Japan.

2 sectors completely SOLD OUT, only the main one left

What are these venues in Brazil and Peru?

Are they indoor arenas/theaters or open-air locales?

No doubt Bonez is her biggest tour. She can tour big arenas with full capacity and some stadiums too. Even the price is low, the high attendance makes up the difference.

Yeah her best tour really did it :clap3:

The japanese leg could've easily been one show at the Budokan... she's playing in a fair hall in Osaka :deadbanana4:

No, she’ll play to more people in the Tokyo area than she would with just one show at the Budokan.

And what’s wrong with the Osaka show? Lots of concerts take place at convention centers.

it should be equivalent to a standard arena show without upper levels.

my fault, the other venues were so small in the pics she tweeted I thought Yokohama and Ōsaka were the only two dates :rip:

And idk, convrntion centers have a cheap feeling to me but maybe that's just because they feel cheap in my country

Performing in front of 10k ppl is not cheap at all.

looks like Live Nation is really pleased the performance of her tour, she is slowly building her touring reputation. It would make more sense now that she will release more often to just tour. Good things.

She already performed at that venue in 2014, it’s fine

Just get over it. The younger, pop punk audience MGK has now is what Avril is aiming at and failed to do with Love Sux, so maybe some good will come out of it.

What audience? His tickets cost $25 and most venues aren’t even half full

I’m sure they will try to push it, most tickets I’ll be sold in the coming days. We better hope there is a audience, otherwise there really is no point.

He’s always posting about the tour on social media and tickets are heavily discounted already, there’s not much more he could do. His target audience buys tickets well in advance, not a few days before the show.

Hopefully Live Nation saw the numbers from Avril’s Canadian tour (especially Edmonton’s) and won’t ever pull such clownery ever again.
