Hello. I'm 25 with a mom who is a PR in the US. Gaano ba kalaki ang chance na ma-petition ako doon? Di ko na talaga keribells ang mga pangyayari dito mga teh  I mean I know that US politics is pretty ****** up too, but I could at least live in a blue state and earn money in a stable currency.

o.t. well at least my mom's party (LP) did a clean sweep locally so there's that. Robin Padilla came here to vote yesterday. and every single one of his relatives won. their political dynasty has been revived

Hoping there's a massive discrepancy between COMELEC's figures and NAMFREL and PPCRV's.

 

If you really think about it, not everyone deserves to have the right to vote.

Anyway, sobrang nakakaduda talaga na almost same number of votes ni BBM at Sara. Like what are the chances of that? Tas mga bumoto kay Robin lamang ng 10M kay Leni? I highly doubt it.

It's because of the Dutertes. Why did Bongbong and Imee kept on visiting her? Because they know they will benefit from her. Bongbong Marcos got only two narratives all throughout his campaign - his father's legacy and the continuation of the old Duterte's legacy. Yes, Bongbong is already popular but he definitely used the Dutertes to have this all time high popularity. Have you read the post of the sister and former employee of Miriam Defensor? Check the fb group the legacy of Miriam Defensor Santiago. Tahasan nilang sinabi na ginamit ng pamilya Marcos si Miriam and they are doing the same to Sara.  Straight from their mouth - they are doing it to Sara. I'm so disappointed in Sara. She got her own achievements. She did great in Davao City. She doesn't have to ally herself with the Marcoses. She could have been a new kind of politician. Yes, she's a Duterte but she is different from her father. I have seen what she can do as a local executive in Davao City when I stayed there when she was quite new as a mayor. Now, if the Marcoses drop her like a hot potato then good luck to her! The Marcos family is so greedy. How many of them are in enormous power? If Imee becomes senate president and Martin Romualdez becomes house speaker, good luck Philippines talaga!

i feel like liligwakin din si marcos jr. after 1-2 years, lilinisin lang niya pangalan ng pamilya niya, then surprise, we will see duterte's accession to the presidency. i've heard from the grapevine imee marcos (or cynthia villar) will probably become the next senate president and arroyo will be the house speaker.

to ensure that marcos jr. gets the votes from the north and the south. marcos' return to power was mapped out a long time ago. they are greedy af. i dunno about sara, her reputation precedes her, i'd like to be proven wrong tho, but what irked me was when she used the lgbtqia+ community as clout during her VP campaign.

nakikinita ko nang maglalaglagan sila somewhere down the road. either maliligwak si marcos jr. or sara gets dropped / OVP's budget will once again be cut significantly, oh, the irony.

not to belittle anyone, pero yung classes D at E, which composes majority of the voting population, ay hindi naman talaga ramdam yun masyado. i mean, little to no effect lang yung inflation sa kanila dahil isang kahig, isang tuka pa rin naman ang buhay nila. hindi nakaka-afford noon, mas lalong hindi makaka-afford ngayon. i'm talking about the poorest of poor. they will just be exploited by these trapos in an endless loop.

un nga ang sinasabi ko kasi isang bigay lang ng ayudang 1k sa mga yan saya saya na yan

 

ung mga nasa mid class ang kawawa kasi mga upper class sobra sobra naman ang funds at nakakapang daya pa sa tax lalo na ung mga corporations. 

 

nakipag argue kasi ako ang kawawa daw ung mga nasa lowest class kasi wala na daw sila makakain, which is yeah pero sanay naman sila doon at again susuhulan lang din naman sila.
