Only this time it being Agatha and they take no notice of it and how it will connect to Vision Quest to then ultimately the Scarlet Witch film. Reveal hidden contents Apparently she dropped VQ for Agatha and isn't involved anymore, so I can only hope Bettany steps in and makes sure it's still in the ballpark of WV and AAA. Considering it's the only corner of the MCU rn besides the nostalgia-bating that the gp actively engages in, I would hope they care for it enough to keep it consistent dddd

And Paul Bethany seems pretty protective of the character and the arc introduced on WandaVision. I think Vision Quest is in safe hands 1
SoSickOfThatSOL Posted November 1 Posted November 1 (edited) So Spoiler Did anyone caught that when Billy said to Agatha that he broke Wanda's spell she told him something like "it wasn't you". Or did I made it up? The easy answer could be that Rio was the one to destroy it, but why would she. If she just wanted to kill Agatha, she could do it without that. Edited November 1 by SoSickOfThatSOL
Gorjesspazze9 Posted November 1 Posted November 1 (edited) Insane!!! There really were multiple post credits. Marvel just cut them! also She confirmed Wandavision post credits was supposed to have Dr. Strange opening a portal, but Wanda closed it. And there were several post credit scenes for Agatha all along that Marvel wouldn't use 💀😭 She also Stayed today that Kevin Fiege told her to use the words "Wanda is Gone along with all copies of the Darkhold" so more proof to my theory she is outside of time space like the Tva and things of that nature. Rio would know where she is if she was really dead. Edited November 1 by Gorjesspazze9 1
Gorjesspazze9 Posted November 1 Posted November 1 So you're telling me Multiverse of madness would have been good if they just gave it to her. Lmfao fiege better give her full control on the Wanda movie 5
Odette Violet Posted November 1 Posted November 1 Is Agatha good? I watched Wanda and MOM back in 2022 so I'm pretty much familiar with some things 2

Billy helped but it was Agatha who broke the spell, Rio just pushed her but it's evident in episode one that Agatha crawled her way out of the spell. 1

ATRL Moderator Ampersand13 Posted November 1 ATRL Moderator Posted November 1 This was truly amazing. I adored the ending and was thoroughly gagged by certain twists (I'm sure some people theorized or saw some of them coming but I was completely mesmerized) 3
Gorjesspazze9 Posted November 1 Posted November 1 Once again Agatha is A Success for Marvel Studios/Television! 2 7

Okay, we know she's really good and I hope she stays around in this corner of the MCU, but I'm gonna need her to please stop talking about what could have been, and about deleted scenes, or certain fans won't let this go—and we all know how toxic they can get. 5 1

Spoiler Not sure where Wiccan scaling is right now. But he is more powerful than Wanda. Don't think he's done anything in comics yet better than HOM but he will become the demiurge so 🤷♂️

It's a direct Sequel and delivers similar quality. And it don't really reference anything else happening in marvel right now so it's easy for anyone to jump in. Plus there are Previously on 20 second clips before each episode to refresh you on wandavision
Hephaestus Posted November 3 Posted November 3 Didn't have the time to comment on this before but I just have to spend a couple words on the finale and series as a whole. Agatha All Along easily places in the top 3 best Marvel Television products so far (along with WandaVision and Loki S2), it's just that good. It's far from being a perfect product don't get me wrong, but basically no Marvel production is perfect so getting as close as possible to that is already a win in my books. Finale was great although a bit rushed in some points. The highlights for me were Billy putting Tommy's soul into a body, it legit gave me chills, and Agatha dying by literally kissing death, so poetic. Honorable mention to Billy showing up in full costume, he looked incredible (straight out of the comics) and I genuinely didn't expect that although I wish a tiny bit of context on why/how he chose that suit in particular. The way I gagged when it's revealed that The Road was all Billy's doing, they literally reused WandaVision's formula and we all fell for it, but it's such a great choice to reinforce that he is indeed Wanda's son. Chef's kiss honestly! Agatha dying left me speechless (especially because this show didn't shy away from characters' dying), so I was very relieved when she showed up as a ghost, just like in the comics! The backstory on Agatha and Nicholas was very touching, but I wish they explained a little more clearly what was affecting Nicholas (I assumed the condition was related to the fact that he was going to be stillborn). Great idea making it so that the two of them composed the ballad, only for Agatha to use it for her own gain later on (the montage of her killing witches across time was amazing). Also loved how they put the puzzle pieces together showing us how Agatha found out about Billy, it gave Lilia's storyline but bigger (I gagged once again when they finally showed the Witches' Road portal with that blue glow, the hints were there from the very beginning). Satisfying ending for me, it only makes sense for them to go find Tommy now since it was the premise of this whole show. It only pains me that this storyline moves sooo slowly. We get something related to it every two years-ish and I wish we didn't have to wait that long since it's genuinely the most interesting corner of the universe for me. 11 1
elevate Posted November 3 Posted November 3 I didn't expect to enjoy this as much as I did. I'm not as into Marvel stuff as much as my friends are just because they tend to follow a formula that's not necessarily bad, but that gets a little stale over time. Anyway, a friend of mine and I rewatched Wandavision last week - still amazing - and then started Agatha right as the final two eps hit. The show is so inventive and FUN. There are so many other shows, one airing now, which get so much hype for being like XYZ show ("it's like The Sopranos, wow!") and I'm veryyy over that. Gimme something creative and fresh, even if it's imperfect. It's so sad we're not gonna see Kathryn / Aubrey for who knows how long, if ever. 1
Pinter Posted November 3 Posted November 3 (edited) This is one of the best Marvel series Along with moon knight and Wanda vision. The acting are so good, but the budget seems low tho cant imagine if they have proper budget... Edited November 3 by Pinter 1
Symmetra Posted November 3 Posted November 3 The witches road is such a bop it's been added to my playlist . Let me go cast a spell 1
Gorjesspazze9 Posted November 3 Posted November 3 Jac confirmed she was gonna use Madisynn from she-hulk but marvel said no. Lol
