SinnerCity Posted October 17 Posted October 17 Do you guys forget the boys literally aged themselves when Wanda and Vision told them they weren't old enough to have a poppy? like, age is not the issue here, and I don't think Tommy reincarnated in anyone since Agatha said the only way Billy was able to do so is because he is a witch, which means Tommy's essence might still be somewhere. I reckon Agatha either helps Billy bring Tommy back with the help of Rio or Tommy does it himself since he also possesses chaos magic. 4
Dylangaga Posted October 17 Posted October 17 Another GREAT episode I LOVED the reveal and how everything connected! And Agatha's acting this episode 1
cruelhprince Posted October 17 Posted October 17 kathryn is eating this role up wow really good episode 1
simplywohoo Posted October 17 Posted October 17 I swear if they seriously killed Jen AND Lilia especially this uneventfully i kind of have a feeling that the 3 other witches will return at some point 1
Mikeymoonshine Posted October 17 Posted October 17 Spoiler I hope the deaths aren't permanent cos one of the selling points of this was the coven dynamic and now most of them are gone. I also don't really get why Billy did that lol. Other than that I liked the episode a lot. 1
Feanor Posted October 17 Posted October 17 Putting this in spoilers just in case, but it was shown in the trailers… Spoiler …that Jen and Lilia are not dead, at least not yet. We see both at the Lilia's Wizard of Oz trial, which hasn't happened yet, so they'll return to the Road. That being said, I remember Rio having a line that went something like "the bodies are really starting to pile up", which I don't think we've heard yet, so presumably one of the two ladies will die. 2 1
Poxy Posted October 17 Posted October 17 Well regarding Rio and her not being in the show… (Funko related spoilers) Spoiler Alice did die, so I wonder if Miss Death is at work with that… similar to how she only appeared once Mrs. Hart died 1
Lille Posted October 17 Posted October 17 5 hours ago, BoyLikeYouSuxx said: This episode was definitely my least favorite so far. This **** is riddled with rudimentary writing and plot conveniences Hide contents Billy's power surging high enough for a crown manifestation (which took Wanda 4 feature length films and an entire series to accomplish) only for him NOT to know how to use his powers was there a ******* gas leak in the writers room??? That's how Wiccan has always been written in the comics, insanely powerful (eventually more than even Wanda or Dr. Strange) with very little knowledge or control of his powers. I was still iffy on Joe as Billy up until last night, but he fully convinced me. He'll only get better from here. "Boyfriend" better not be Hulkling tho. 5
fountain Posted October 18 Posted October 18 Joe is wonderful as Billy. Another great episode. This show is fantastic The users clutching their pearls and nitpicking in here is wild just enjoy the show is it NOT that deep 3 1
Lightbringer007 Posted October 18 Posted October 18 This episode ate! Whew they have been on a role consistently for awhile! Spoiler Lilia clearly has a bigger role here than what's being shown and Im super curious to see how that journey unravels 3
Gorjesspazze9 Posted October 18 Posted October 18 (edited) Spoiler They aren't dead. There are stills of episode 7-9 and they are all back. Except Alice, who I think is actually dead dead. But I think the wish at the end of the witches road will probably be to bring the dead back. Idk Edited October 18 by Gorjesspazze9

And there are a couple of unseen scenes of Alice on the midseason trailer. Who know what's gonna happen really 1
SinnerCity Posted October 18 Posted October 18 Regarding Jennifer and Lilia Spoiler They're not dead, there are clips in both trailers showing them covered in mud and fighting the Salem seven in what it could be the last trial of the road so they're somewhere else, most likely we will find out next episode or in two weeks time, also, there's a short clip where Alice's body seems to look rejuvinated, also shown in the trailer so either Rio at some point brought her back to life or she'll come back at the end of the series. Something tells me the only way Agatha will get her powers back is by selfishly making some sort of sacrifice to make amends with her past. 2
Gorjesspazze9 Posted October 18 Posted October 18 Well would you look at that. The "Who Asked For This Show" debuts in the top 10 originals For Nielsen charts 6

bluevelvetcrowbar Posted October 18 Posted October 18 Loved the episode this week, but as a comic fan, some of the changes they made to Billy's origin aren't my fav.... But it is what it is! Since it's insanely complicated in the comics, I get why they had to do certain things the way they did, and it did fit the lore of the show well so kudos to Jac Schaefer. But I would've preferred something closer to the comics lol. Since we got a good snapshot of MCU Billy in that episode, hopefully going forward they bring in more of Billy's comic traits like his unique "spell casting" and making him a reality warper, but that's way ahead. That said, I'm gonna need Eddie to sashay away after this series if he isn't some adaptation of Hulkling that name is such a troll, and I really hope The Marvels and SI flopping doesn't discourage them from an accurate Hulkling. No Skaar as well, that flop better not be his sub in 1
Gorjesspazze9 Posted October 19 Posted October 19 (edited) Agatha first 2 episodes viewership are on par with Loki S2 & Wandavision debut. For a niche character like Agatha, on a service like Disney plus who's show infamously don't chart high on Nielsen overall charts this is good. also since it's confirmed by the studio head themselves has having the best retention rate of any MCU show, it can only go up from here. It's a W for marvel regardless. It clear the MCU fandom is happy again and actually talking about a project positively! And it's been a while since fans were on the same page. Other then Deadpool and X-men that were also universally loved so yeah grace is right it's not amazing, but for Agatha and the state of marvel now it's definitely better then the past 2 years of MCU tv Edited October 19 by Gorjesspazze9 5 1
Gladiator Posted October 19 Posted October 19 I just rewatched episode 1 with friends. There is so much foreshadowing especially after episode 6. 2
