Haburo Posted July 21, 2023 Author Posted July 21, 2023 I’m so relieved that they released this trailer now so it can play before Barbie and Oppenheimer! 1

Also it’s Trending Worldwide Barbie & The Marvels are dominating online Discourse today. Women Won finally. 15 Million views in under 10 hours is insane Edited July 21, 2023 by Gorjesspazze9 1
Bethenny Frankel Posted July 21, 2023 Posted July 21, 2023 trailer looks fun! i'm scared the movie might bomb/get cancelled by conservatives though 1
cruelhprince Posted July 22, 2023 Posted July 22, 2023 this trailer looks better than the first released! looks fun 1
Gorjesspazze9 Posted July 23, 2023 Posted July 23, 2023 There is a new major rumor in the movie about Carol. I’ll put it in spoilers so read at your own risk Spoiler It’s stated that Carol pulls off a feat even more impressive then Thor in Infinity War🤯 Carol flies into a Dead Sun/white Dwarf star and reignites it. This would be one of the biggest feats in the MCU. I can’t wait to see how massive the feat is. Apparently she and Monica both stop an Incursion by themselves in the finale of the film.
PopMusicJunkie Posted July 23, 2023 Posted July 23, 2023 I’m loving this sector of the MCU with Captain Marvel. 1

mystery Posted July 27, 2023 Posted July 27, 2023 Looks like this won't be released in IMAX if Dune: Part Two doesn't move. It received a similar deal to Oppenheimer. There is a five to six week deal. IMAX EARNING'S CALL REMARK FROM CEO: Right. Dune, specifically, I mean, there's another great movie coming out around in time, which is the marvel from Marvel, and we can't play it because we are committed to Dune. So, Dune moves will just go over to the marvels, and having a Marvel movie as a backup is not the worst position to be in the world. But in terms of doom, my own opinion is that it's highly unlikely to move, and it's an educated opinion, meaning I spent a lot of time on the facts.
ainadalkaz Posted July 27, 2023 Posted July 27, 2023 hoping this ends up being a sleeper hit for Marvel. well, after SI, my expectations are low, but let's see... Nov has a lot of competition though, so I have no idea how this'll end up doing, but hopefully wom helps it in the long run (if the movie's good lol) 1
Gorjesspazze9 Posted July 27, 2023 Posted July 27, 2023 I think they were smart to move this to November. It’s close enough to the winter season too. Much better than this crammed Summer of Blockbusters every week. Movie looks great and fun. And after Secret invasion I lowkey rather have that now. I don’t want anymore Projects trying to be winter soldier if your not gonna have writers and production sets that are of that caliber😭 The Marvels at least looks exciting and more MCU like.
Lovett Posted July 29, 2023 Posted July 29, 2023 Well I guess that's confirmed then. Disney keeps losing. 1
Gorjesspazze9 Posted July 29, 2023 Posted July 29, 2023 (edited) Imax is so dumb🤦♀️ Dune 1 wasn’t even a box office smash or as mainstream , but Captain Marvel 1 was a literal $1Billin dollar movie. Edited July 29, 2023 by Gorjesspazze9
Arcadius Posted July 30, 2023 Posted July 30, 2023 I mean you can't be mad at Dune since they already had their Imax screens booked for like a year now. It was Disney who decided to push this film so far back when they shouldn't have. On a positive, Barbie proved you don't need IMAX as long as you have a strong film.
