yeah I don't think Florence fits the part at all

I was so excited when she was cast because I love her but when the pictures came out I was underwhelmed by her look and the costuming

things got worse when the trailer came out, she's so flat and unremarkable for such a world

 

I'd like to be proven wrong

The trailer is doing really good in terms of views on Youtube, on pace to outview both The Marvels and Hunger Games.

Official main trailers

 

Dune Pt 2- 17M after 2.5 days (still #6 trending WW)

The Marvels- 18.8M after 3.5 weeks

Hunger Games- 16.8M after 8 days

Transformers- 18.3M after 9 days

Lol that lady is legitimately delulu.. what metric is she basing that off of?

 

Even the very first trailer for Part 1 only did about 6.5M in its first day. This trailer did close to 10M.

Do you have a stat for first 3 days trailer views of Dune 1??  I saw Zendaya's Instagram and Part 2 has 24M views already while the Part 1 trailer has only 10.4M. Grace is speaking out her a$$.

No I just happen to remember the first day views only. But it's clear that Pt. 2 is seeing more views easily than the Part 1 trailer.

Tom Holland fans on reddit are working overtime to make it seem like it's underperforming :bibliahh: they were on the box office thread saying the trailer's not doing well barely an hour after it came out :rip: I almost believed them

I don't think they should do Dune Messiah. I don't think it will do well with the hero not being a hero.

Main trailer just crossed 20M on YT. Passing The Marvels, Hunger Games and Transformers after just 3 days. 

 

Part 1 is still climbing on the top sellers on YT. Sitting at #13 (+4). Impressive.

Dune Messiah is key to close out Paul's story. I really hope they do it in a few years when the cast has aged up a bit, the ending of that book is perfect to me.

The final shot of the third film being Paul walking into the desert as a blind man, the Hans score blasting everywhere. It would be so iconic.

Part 1 still #18 on YT Movies. #4 best seller of 2022 on Blu-ray/DVD sales with over 1.05M copies sold. 

 

Official WB trailer uploads for Part 2 pass 30M on YT.
