Frozen99 Posted September 22, 2023 Share Posted September 22, 2023 they suffer from the Simpsons' 20th-24th (?) seasons, like, zapp got canceled, ok, what's funny about that. same with the covid episode, they just animated what actually happened and there was mostly no subversion of expectations. the "science spell" and random commercials was so messy 5th & 6th was a comeback to form, i was laughing throughout but these last two episodes were just meh. the previous seasons had LAYERS but here, everything's so surfaced and shallow, bender says one hatefully 'funny' thing and.. that's it. i love the series tho and will continue.
