Because that was the original context and appeal of the show? The same actors coming and going as new characters each year, while introducing new ones as well. Sarah, Evan and Lily did 9 seasons and people are still crying they aren’t in the new one.

This show is dropping ratings with each season. It’s getting repetitive. It needs a complete new cast and re-branding. Enough with the same tired actors bring fresh blood

 

 the 90s & early 00s has so many scream queens that could return for a season!
