US-England did 15.5M (17.2M "whistle-to-whistle," or without the pre- and post-game coverage dragging it down lol).  US-Iran did 12M.  Both were improvements from their first game (US-Wales, 7M) and have overall done MUCH better ratings than the 2018 WC.

 

I can't really find much on non-US games, but according to this article, the two highest-rated non-US games on Fox for the first week were Argentina-Mexico and Brazil-Serbia (both 6M).

 

Anyway, the WC could be doing 50M in viewership, but without the US participating, FOX won't hesitate to put on some college "football" game on a Saturday instead of the WC quarterfinals and semis...
