I was so lost on how to get the door open in the fire temples first gong I just went underneath and used ascension to get it (thank god devs let us do that)

 

when I climb up the place after getting it open I was so mad to see that opening cause I literally climbed over the whole building before

The way Zelda used recall was so epic, & then the Rasengan  we love a non-useless woman  Matt Mercer sounds so much better than that cartoonish trailer voice he had.

Lightning Temple was my favorite! 

 

My least favorite was the Fire Temple. I cheesed my way through so many of the rooms because I couldn't figure out what I was actually supposed to do.

I just finished the dragon tears quest and damn the ******* feels  Zelda is best Nintendo girl now

I hate myself because I'm distracted by the armor sets once I have 1 piece I have to have the full set, so I go hunting for hours

 

thankfully in this game once you find 1 piece, the rest is usually in the area or there's clues left for the rest. for example the "glide" armor set is in the same sky region and the "yiga" armor is quite fun to get

with a kidnapped hylian 'tailor' that you have to free everytime

eek i'm heading that way  it's going to be my 1st temple

is it because of the difficulty of enemies or the design of puzzles that stumped you?

 

I've done so many caves that I have the full rubber armor set which should be helpful if I upgrade it to +2. no more shock for me

Finally finished the main quest.. and holy **** that final battle was amazing  Not the ending making me tear up ahdkdlsls 

 

This is the best game of all time  and Zelda is the best Nintendo girl 

 

Now I can finally explore the rest of Hyrule without fear of getting myself spoiled. I’ve already played for 150 hours but I’m only halfway through the game

I have only done 2 temples, but this one is MASSIVE in terms of floors. You have to use like everything (Ultrahand, Ascend, etc.). Plus, I do hate puzzles, can't stand them and the boss is a total *****. I died at least 10 times.

Just finished it today and it was very easy compared to the Lightning Boss in BOTW  I am disappointed

I didn't even do that one. I let my friend take that one because he didn't have the game at the time so I did 3/4.

the game went a bit overboard with brightbloom seed, I use a ****-ton of them in the depths and yet I'm always maxed out at 999

there's so many in caves and my ocd always pick them all

 

my poor 10 flower bombs are jealous, I always run out

I thought the entrance to the Lightning Temple was so basic it was just like shrine  the Dungeon itself is probably the 2nd best. 

A lot of people on Reddit thought the Boss was hard, but I just found it tedious. I think maybe cuz i had the Sand Boots, so it was easier?

the difficulty Ganon's final phase? (Before THAT form) I haven't seen anyone talk about it but girl i was struggling  his final phase dodging all my attacks, dodging my ******* flurry rushes,  Majora's Colosseum, Silver Lynels, King Gleeoks, none of them have compared to him for me, in terms of difficulty  first time i've died to a boss, i legit couldn't touch him at all. I pretty much only won by spamming Sundelion Recipes to extend my life until the AI gave me the opportunity to hit him.

 

 

Sidon's Temple Boss rematch underground was also hard cuz of the gravity. I imagine it would be much easier if i had a water weapon, but i forgot & kept running to useless Sidon.

Not me just running around and randomly bumping into the Fire Temple  I assumed all the temples were blocked behind story quests. I assume I can't get in (I didn't try), but I'm surprised I was even able to find it.

I struggled against Ganondorf too  The flurry rush counter was annoying but what really scared me was those projectiles that can delete hearts  after the battle I’ve read that you can reflect them with the master sword a la OOT style  I didn’t die though but I was down to my last heart. I kept blocking his attacks until I could figure out the pattern but he broke my Hylian Shield  it made the fight more epic tho

 

Mucktorock is really easy if you just shoot arrows fused with opals or chu chu jellies. You can spam bullet time by riding on Mineru’s construct and jumping off it. After the boss rematches I’ve realized they’re all actually easy

he dragged me bc i dropped the logs & walked away before speaking with him (i can’t remember why i left, but i was coming right back)

The way TOTK completely pretends Sheikah Tech never existed, & Kaas is hinted at once @ the end of a major side adventure but never appears. I hope the DLC expands on it. Maybe the time between BOTW & TOTK with playable Zelda as the MC  i'm a dreamer. Not sure how it'd even work.

The bottom half of my Depths map is nearly full cuz i loved exploring it at the start, but the top half is patchy cuz i lost interest once i finished the main Depths quest & also realized it's really all just 1 biome with the same assets scattered across. There are some cool areas, but the darkness also hampers the "Getting distracted by landmarks" feel of the Land map.

Lmaooo I did that quest yestarday. Love animal crossing vibes 

 

(but I noticed that side quests in this game are kinda bad, barely any are memorable or very creative)

finally finished my reporter job, no more slipping in caves, walls or hills for me 🙌 

 

as much as I love 'Penn', he doesn't hold a candle to 'Kass' and his iconic bangerz. 'Traysi' told me 'Penn' retired somewhere, I feel like they might be a surprise waiting for me. i might go find him once I'm done with the story.
