I'm a bit burnt out, but I have over 100 hrs in the game in such a short period so  The exploration & discovery in this game is crazy, there's so many things to do. U pretty much will 100% get that BOTW feeling again despite them using them same world. But I wouldn't go in expecting anything different from BOTW. It's pretty much BOTW, just greatly improved. They took most criticisms BOTW got & worked on it, but they didn't do anything too "new". 

 

It's very 8 Pokemon Gyms → 7 Alola Trials.

It's more BOTW2, than TOTK so to speak.

They’re cute but I was expecting classic dungeons.

I played around 30 hours and I only did those two, the game is HUGE

I've done 1 more Dungeon than u have, and i'd rank that one 3rd 
The lead up with the boats to the Rito Dungeon absolutely ATE tho. So cinematic

 

Tulin is also SO much more useful than Sidon  Daddy deserved better

I keep collecting rare armor, but i'm always wearing my OG BOTW outfit  I wish they included the option to keep an outfits cosmetic appearance, cuz I could use some set bonuses.

 

Currently working on upgrading another armor set, but the 1st tier requires Red Boss Bokoblin parts, & i'm too high level to find any of them anymore  I have multiple Blue & Black stocked up, but 0 Red so i can't even start the upgrade.

With the exception of Elden Ring, there hasn't been anything even close to BOTW in terms of quality since 2017. It better get the 10s it deserves if it has genuinely improved on the BOTW format, especially in this era of companies dumping games filled with bugs on release.

2. Is the story better than BOTW's, or just another rehash of the tired story formula?
