McNulty Posted November 2 Posted November 2 these players are boring and the producers/Jeff HAVE to stop with these shitty twists, enough with "you have to earn your spot at the merge" it's so dumb. 2 episodes now since "merge" and not one single normal voting. Jeff ruined the show with his new era bullshit 1
Antisocialites Posted November 2 Posted November 2 I'm enjoying this season. the cast is quite fun but I just hope there's more gameplay and strategy eventually, it's starting to get tiring some of these merge but not merge dynamics.

@michael Posted November 7 Posted November 7 Sierra getting to vote on the re-vote was strange. I didn't understand Jeff's logic on that. 1
@michael Posted November 7 Posted November 7 Sol is coming up in terms of winner edit after this episode.
Katygato Posted November 7 Posted November 7 5 minutes ago, @michael said: Sierra getting to vote on the re-vote was strange. I didn't understand Jeff's logic on that. It's because the tied people can only vote against each other. In this case, Sierra's vote for Sam would cancel Sam's vote for Sierra... except for the fact that Sam did not have a vote, so Sierra's vote for him didn't get cancelled. This still doesn't make sense because they have had three-way ties and the tied players didn't get to vote on the revote, but alas.
Chamoy Posted November 7 Posted November 7 Rachel's coming for Genevieve's winner edit. That was such a smart use of the shot in the dark. She was able to see people's reactions to sense whether or not they might be voting for her, while throwing off any suspicion of her having an idol, and not making any enemies with the vote. I'm going to be so annoyed if Andy ends up being the last standing Gata member. Sierra should've stuck with the Breadwinners alliance and voted him out when she had the chance. I need Rachel to remember how bad he was for her game the first few weeks. I love Kyle. He's cute, he's good at challenges, and he's so likable in an old-school-player-stuck-in-a-modern-season kind of way. The bar is incredibly low, but I think he might be my favorite male player from the new era. Sol and Sam are also up there. 2
Mordecai Posted November 7 Posted November 7 This episode really made it obvious how self aware these new era players are to the cameras and how they so obviously play up to them. Of course it's always been a thing but from the Sam commentating the money hunt to Andy being delusional to the CONSTANT 'I can't believe I'm on survivor' references, it's becoming a chore to watch Also maybe I just have a short memory cause no doubt the auction in 45 was the same but they really nerfed the auction with the stupid ******* 'most money loses their vote' rule which irks me. Stop interfering with the game for fucks sake. That and Jeff doesn't need to say 'that wasn't the last item' every damn time like just end the auction when there are no more items ffs
ATRL Moderator khalyan Posted November 7 ATRL Moderator Posted November 7 I stopped watching this season, it's the first season since the new era I haven't been able to finish.
Miles. Posted November 7 Posted November 7 This season has been such a snooze. I don't even hate it like 43, it's just so boring. Feels so overly produced, formulaic, monotonous, like we're just connecting the same dots that made up the last 6 seasons 1

@michael Posted November 14 Posted November 14 Even the tribals boring AF. All that chaos and whispering just for a unanimous vote.
ATRL Moderator supaspaz Posted November 14 ATRL Moderator Posted November 14 Teeny is one of the most useless players of all time. It's actually hilarious. What has she done this season besides apologize to people for voting them out?
Mordecai Posted November 14 Posted November 14 Can they STOP with the lose your vote, this **** is getting really ******* old now Getting sick of the editors playing up Andy as some hidden genius when it's so obvious nobody takes him seriously, get him out and give that screentime to Sue and Kyle
Antisocialites Posted November 14 Posted November 14 (edited) not Genevieve's original plan somehow coming to a fruition even after all that chaos and mess. just crown her already. although I still think she should have targeted somebody like Kyle or Sue... keeping four Tukus in the game is probably not the best idea tbh but we'll see. I'll let her cook. Edited November 14 by Antisocialites

Caroline losing her vote because of her challenge performance and a game of stacking tiles so unserious and unfair
Chamoy Posted November 14 Posted November 14 The last minute scrambling was fun, but I couldn't enjoy the episode knowing it was going to be Sol, Sam or Kyle leaving. I thought they weren't going to pass up on the opportunity to get rid of Kyle, especially after he came so close to winning immunity for the 4th time in a row. The Sue, Gabe, Caroline trio seems like the only alliance that is actually loyal to each other. I don't know how getting rid of Sol benefits anybody other than those three. It's still impressive that Genevieve was able to flip the vote back to him, tho. Sue's irrational hatred towards Kyle is how I feel about Andy and Gabe. Stay strong kings, Kyle and Sam!
