@michael Posted October 10 Posted October 10 This season is terrible so far but I'm gagging at the red paint trap for the idol. Kinda tired of producers putting the players in these impossible situations to find an idol so that they have to blow up their game to find it. They want them to get caught, which is lame because secret idols are the best.
ATRL Moderator supaspaz Posted October 10 ATRL Moderator Posted October 10 Rome is so exhausting. I need justice for Kishan!
Komet Posted October 10 Posted October 10 Whew what a great ep, GENEVIEVE MOTHERED Orchestrated a power switch out of nowhere, made 2 guys that hate each other work together and booted a boring strat-bot over the ones that are delivering television. They rly made a mistake booting Aysha last time lol The Yellow tribe is so funny, I love the constant high school level drama. Sierra is kinda giving Michele. Sue is taking it 2
Chamoy Posted October 10 Posted October 10 Genevieve coming out of INVS and putting on a Survivor masterclass?? Oh 41-46 don't age like milk right in front of our eyes. 1
Chamoy Posted October 10 Posted October 10 I'm glad I was wrong about Lavo being the new Tika/Siga. None of the tribes are THAT boring this season. Gata, Tuku and Lavo are all messy in their own way. Gabe is the only player left that I would hate to see go far. He's so weird for constantly repeating that he's only working with the older woman because he thinks he can win against her in the end, especially since the only memorable thing he's done so far is waste an idol.
Mordecai Posted October 10 Posted October 10 Idc, Rome may be insufferable but at least he's entertaining to watch. Thought he was a goner this ep with how Genevieve appeared out of nowhere and I thought the edit may have been protecting her until he was gone, but thank goodness we got rid of Kishan instead. I'd 110% rather have someone like Rome around instead of ******* BHANU who is probably my least favourite player ever I think they need to start bringing reward challenges back. The 90 minute episodes are great but can get a bit filler-y with only five people on each tribe and no swaps or anything like that happening. The journeys are exhausting now, we don't need a meta of someone losing their vote every tribal council, the producers are just playing god at this point and it's annoying I began the season stanning Kyle and Sue but Kyle has been MIA most of the time and Sue is fun but we don't need a reference to her age and how she owns her own flight school every episode. Hopefully we get a swap sometime soon or a merge at 13 bc I'm ready for the game to be turned up a notch
Antisocialites Posted October 11 Posted October 11 Genevieve kinda ate, the way I had no idea who she was when her name came up early in the episode though. I'm actually loving the 90 minutes episodes and that they are not dedicated to two challenges. it's good to see the different conflicts, drama and just pure innocent fun conversations in each tribe.

I do wish they still did swaps every now and then; the fuckery they do at the mergatory or whatever is basically pseudo-swap anyway. I think Probst said recently they're not doing them because it's 'complicated for the audiences to follow the storylines' which is such bullcrap Meanwhile they're making us keep track of idols, temporary idols, fake idols, amulets, steal a votes, extra votes, no votes, etc etc 1 1
305 Posted October 12 Posted October 12 Ok that episode was really good Genevieve was ACTIVATED, I love how it played out. This season has actual players who are here to make some waves, definitely an upgrade from the terrible start that 46 had. Hopefully it keeps moving on up
Gwegend Posted October 17 Posted October 17 (edited) The way Geneve and Andy are gonna sneak far into this game. this episode has been great. The survivor social was a great twist- and the challenge was so intense. Good episode edit: and tribal was wild! GREAT episode Edited October 17 by Gwegend
@michael Posted October 17 Posted October 17 I can't help but notice the symmetry of the last two episodes having an over-confident Indian player getting their world absolutely rocked at tribal. Anika was so gooped and gagged.
Chamoy Posted October 17 Posted October 17 Poor Anika... sad to see her go, but her exit was everything. Andy, Gabe and Rome need to be humbled QUICK!

Chamoy Posted October 24 Posted October 24 Angry Kyle does something to me. Squish me like a bug, papi!
305 Posted October 25 Posted October 25 Another great episode, this season is such a step up from the last one it's ridiculous. Last season I ended up so aggravated at the end of every episode, this season I'm left satisfied and excited to see what's next! I'm kinda sad to see Rome go just because he was so chaotic and made great TV, I felt he could've lasted one or two more tribals but I know everyone was fed up. I'm glad Sol is still sticking around but I need him to step it up! Genevieve is giving Parvati, I'm excited to see what's next for her
Mordecai Posted October 25 Posted October 25 Andy is so gumby He really thinks he's running the show when all he's been the entire time out there is a dumbass. If he really does turn on Sam I can't wait to see him squash Andy like a bug
@michael Posted October 31 Posted October 31 So last week, the tribes were not "merged" but only one person had immunity, and everyone voted. This week, the tribes are "merged", yet they split them into two groups, gave seven of them immunity, and only six people voted. Words mean nothing on this show any more. Somebody please get Jeff out of the producers' room. 1

PopMusicJunkie Posted October 31 Posted October 31 (edited) All of that for Gabe to NOT go home. Edited October 31 by PopMusicJunkie 1
Chamoy Posted October 31 Posted October 31 All of that just for these twists/advantages to eliminate... someone else who was also at the bottom.
305 Posted November 1 Posted November 1 That was a great episode! This merge is actually stacked with good players. Andy has really won me over, yes he's silly and a bit over the top but he's really smart and knows the game. He just gets in his head sometime which makes him look like a fool but he's aware of this and is willing to make the right moves for his game, I'm ready for him take Sam OUT. Genevieve + Andy about to be a power couple she's so good at picking the right people, I know they will be a good team. Sol finding that advantage and sending it to Rachel had me GAGGED!! I was really surprised that Gabe didn't get the boot but I feel like nobody understood Tiana's game so they didn't want to play with her.
Finny Posted November 1 Posted November 1 Genevieve is my pre-season winner pick… trust she will win! when the camera panned to her after Teeny said "we are here to vote for the winner"
Mordecai Posted November 1 Posted November 1 This episode was everything that's wrong with modern Survivor. The producers need to stop playing god and just let the castaways play the game as it is. It's ridiculous. The only saving grace was how emotional the vote off was Hard to tell who's winning at this stage, my money's still on Teeny but it's really open. I would say Genevieve and Caroline but they both got Kirby'd and were invisible the first couple of episodes which doesn't bode well for their chances. I can also see Sam or Sierra taking it too 1
