Ego.
I honestly wouldn't be stunned if raducanu makes the final from the bottom half tbh. Keys is the only player that I'd expect to beat her with ease, Gauff would be easier for her
pride4jc1222
Quite frankly, the only one that would really be a surprise is Sun. I've seen the others go on deep runs before, even if not on a consistent basis.

fridayteenage
hmm, nadal won his 2nd non-french major when he was 22. she's 23 so she could still grow into conquering the other majors. though sharapova was only 20 when she'd taken 3/4. Ego.
Swiatek's game looks so ugly and inefficient on grass, I have a hard time believing she'll ever win Wimbledon with that forehand being so easily exposed. All it takes is one big hitter targeting the her forehand and she's toast. OTOH, Rybakina looked stellar today, if she can manage to keep it cool (big if) I don't see anyone being able trouble her
geddymonster
Iga is a very good player, but she's also 100% benefiting from a weak era.
Marla Singer
I never watched or even heard of Lulu Sun before, but she was amazing. Could win the title if she keeps playing like that. Emma will probably get lashed for not winning after cancelling Andy's last Wimbledon match. But she actually did well to take it to a 3rd set against a player in that kind of form. abelfenty
Really unfortunate for Raducanu today. She played some of the best tennis she has ever played in R2 and R3. Unfortunately she wasn't able to keep that momentum and today's performance was on the weaker side. Lulu Sun completely outplayed her, and the win was very much deserved. Still a very positive grass season for Emma, and she'll be back into the Top 100 now

pride4jc1222
There really isn't much difference in the level of talent between a high school, college, or WTA player today. Pre-1994, no college tennis player was going to keep up with the likes of Navratilova, Graf, Seles, etc.
