I never heard screams like that after an ankle roll.

As much as I dont like him thats a really annoying end to the match. Kinda would have wanted them to play for like 8 hours

Zverev retires, Nadal through to the final

I heard that crack. Hope Zverev recovers soon.

This match would've gone for 5 hours if Zverev managed to win 1 set atleast.

Nadal for Calendar slam.

Are we supposed to be sad that the woman abuser injured himself

expected result.

but not the way in which it happened. tbh, of either of them nadal bowing out from injury would have more precedent.

I have to admit I do feel bad for Zverev. That's not how you want to see a match like that end (he was going to lose anyway, but still).

It might never have happened though if he had been properly banned from the tour for almost inflicting a similar injury on an umpire this year.

Bye Zverev, I feel nothing for you considering you've abused umpires and ex-gfs

Karma is a ***** isn't she!

No Williams sister on the Wimbledon entry list

Hard to see Ruud troubling Rafa, but would love to be proven wrong

Hopefully the womens final will be good. Rooting for Iga

I just realized Coco was just 18

that other girl is already #1.

time for the universe to give the future face of tennis Coco a major title.

What if the final is Rafa’s last match

Going out with a bang and healing the foot so he can live a normal life

Unlikely. Look at the way Serena and Roger are hanging on. These players are all desperate to get every slam they can.

Who cares about #1, when you are competing for titles :rip:

1 slam is way too few for Iga. For how consistent she has been in the last years and how dominant she has been this year.

Hopefully Gauff gets it togeter. Rough start from her

Just a reminder that Iga has lost an average of 3.5 and never more than 5 games in her 8 finals since the 2020 French Open

Just absurd level. 6 straight titles :giraffe:

Iga DEMOLISHING Gauff, the way she came back in that second Set :jonny5:

She basically played 20 perfect minutes. When shes on that level, no one can beat her.

if she keeps that up, shes gonna end up as one of the greats for sure

Better luck next time to the two 2000s ladies with the most fans (per ig)!

Raducanu has to be careful to not end up like Kournikova at this point. Super pretty one-tournament-sensation

It might have seemed like the obvious result but there was a huge amount of pressure on 1ga to take this title because of the winning streak, and she has a huge target on her back now where every player she faces wants to be the one to end that streak. Really impressive focus and mental strength for her to live up to the high expectations.

Coco had a great tournament, she is definitely making a lot of progress and still has room to grow and improve. It's crazy how we've known her for a few years now, but she is still younger than Raducanu when she won the US Open.
