Kyrgios is an absolute clown and embarrassment to the sport. Also kinda sad seeing how unstable he is mentally.

just overall a terrible player to watch

Well I loved that Kyrgios match :swan:

Great mix of quality and drama

And what a massive opportunity for Kyrgios to reach at least the semis. If his body holds up

It's 2022 and people still falling for the NK circus

Win a title first

Alcaraz saving that set, whew!

Legend V and Judy Murray's other son are OUT. At least they outlasted Serena and Andy though.

Need somebody to stop Novak and Rafa. They are 500 years old

But ugh Kyrgios already hat treatment on his shoulder yesterday. Think in the first or second round he would have easily beaten Rafa. In a SF... Idk. If they get there

Cornet, Ostapenko :chick3: Love both of them

Halep Jabeur seems like the most likely final at this point, but who knows. Nobody I really like left.

The world No.103 is only the sixth woman in the open era to reach the Wimbledon semi-finals after turning 34, joining legends Billie Jean King, Chris Evert, Martina Navratilova and Serena and Venus Williams.

Huh. Random.

Turns 35 next month :celestial5:

First daughter 8 years old, second daughter a little over 1 year old. Really a very impressive story

Nadal and Djokovic are GOAT for a reason. Don't judge them based on the shelf life of a typical professional athlete.

Messi and Ronaldo were still winning the Ballon d'Or in their 30s.

Tom Brady became the oldest Super Bowl MVP at age 43:coffee2:

I have no sympathy for the young players getting blocked by Nadal and Djokovic in their late 30s:giraffe:

The difficulty level is already significantly lowered for the NewGen. They are lucky enough not to have to play against GOAT in their prime years:sorry:

ELENA RYBAKINA!

Kate Middleton simply possibly handing the trophy to a RUSSIAN

AHHH!

Posted

I lowkey want Rybakina to win just for Wimbledon to look like clowns giving the trophy to a Russian-born player after all :lmao:

Posted

Banning Russian was pretty stupid, but it was about not giving Russia something to celebrate. A player actively choosing to play for another country and then achieving something... Isnt exactly a win for Russia

Nick Kyrgios in a grand slam final

GOAT :cries: Looks like I'm rooting for King Kyrgios.
