The latest in AS8 updates. Seems like they kinda stuck with the "Second Chances" rumor. Jimbo after being "robbed" on UKvTW, Kandy to redeem her reputation with fans, Adore to get her real second chance, and then of course a bunch of early outs. Inch resting.

Out of this cast I'll be rooting for Jaymes, Alexis and Darienne. I hope at least James makes it to the top 4, she's improved tremendously since her original run on S9

Yeah I'm torn because she played a pretty terrible social game, but on the other hand she also deserved a win for the Draguation speech so she shouldn't have even been blocked when she did.

 

Though I also don't think she deserved her RUTRL win, but if she had been blocked after that challenge leading into the sewing challenge she still would have been able to get to 3-stars going into her Santa win

All Stars stopped being about powerhouses long time ago. It's a second chance season now and just extra exposure for forgotten queens

Kahanna looks completely different now and deserves to be seen again. As was stated, the only requirement for AS these days is that they’ve been on a regular season. Better get into it

I don’t know who this is directed to, but I’ve literally just been giving my honest opinions as a Monet stan for around 3 years now. But everyone wants her to be the next Kylie/Rajah, but unlike those queens, Monet has had a lively career for years and actually has substance (career wise) to stan.

 

The ones who are spinning the narrative that she only has hardcore stans because we read the spoilers and know she does well are just spoiling themselves honestly

Ahh I see, after the massive mess happening in the main thread rn I wasn’t sure.
 

Tbh the Jinkx lashings got suspicious (especially this episode where she was anon-factor) so I tried to tone those down even though I’m not a fan of her humor, cause yeah, it’s pretty obvious that Jinkx is gonna make it to the end from her edit and the constant lashings do make it more suspicious

 

Poor Shea getting dragged though earnestly cause she isn’t even in the top 2.

I don’t think she’s a better competitor this season when she has two wins in one category and a pity star, Trinity will have three earned stars (and was blocked from one, right?) makes sense to bring her in. And besides the alliance, she’s a better lipsyncer, so plays to Monet’s advantage to leave Jaida out. 
 

I also don’t really think she’s lovable this season lol, the whole “stupid” thing (not calling her stupid, I think it’s all an act) is kinda cringy to me

 

i do think that Jaida (with Trinity) is the runway queen this season, only ones besides Monet I’m hopeful for most of the time

I love Jaida and I’m so annoyed Monet is gonna pick Tuck over her. We could have had an amazing top 4 with Jinkx and but the alliance is gonna ruin all dat.

I mean I love Jinkx to death and I want her to win this season very badly, but it's kind of obvious that production + WoW is doing everything they can to push her as the frontrunner. From doing challenges that aren't up Jinkx's alley after being blocked to diminishing Viv's win on The Pit Stop.. a lot of people are noticing it. I don't think it will hurt Jinkx in the long run because Alaska got the exact same treatment during AS2 and she's still loved today

 

(and yes I know this comes after me posting abt how no one else but Jinkx should win, I still stand by that, but it's becoming a little bit too obvious lmao)
