Reverse Warholian Posted November 30, 2022 Posted November 30, 2022 I have one more film to stream before I submit my list! @Bhabylon if this is not minimum Top 15 material... @rooby.booby I don't even think Razzies For The Devil is charting at this point. It made zero noise here which means very few will rank it. You should reserve your **** points to sabotage Scream 5 or some other overhyped mess!

Fifteen Posted November 30, 2022 Posted November 30, 2022 I'm sorry but can someone explain to me how the rate works? What list?
Khamis Posted November 30, 2022 Posted November 30, 2022 A deeper dive into Speak No Evil. Major spoilers. Spoiler I think the ‘why are you doing this…. Because you let me’ was VERY impactful. So many instances was this family proven to be weak. It was almost like tests to see what would they do to protect their family and they failed each time. There were many instances but the ones that stood out to me were leaving their daughter with a double stranger, leaving there daughter to sleep exposed in again a strangers house that up to this point was already making them feel uncomfortable, and finally…. Turning the car around for a stuffed animal thus bringing his family back into danger all to avoid seeing his daughter experience temporary sadness. They practically GAVE their daughter to these people and I think that’s why they ultimately waited days before doing this. It was all a test and they knew they could do anything to this family and they would do nothing about it.
SitarHero Posted November 30, 2022 Posted November 30, 2022 Speak No Evil will go top 10 as it should. But haven't you guys watched Funny Games, or Kidnapped/Secuestrados? It hit very similar notes of dread for me.

rooby.booby Posted November 30, 2022 Posted November 30, 2022 (edited) Until January 10. Ok so i can still see some movies. I'm not sending my list today. I can't wait to get bullied by @Reverse Warholianbecause of one movie i STAN. Releasing now until the end of the year are still these movies: A Wounded Fawn Troll Bed Rest The Pale Blue Eye Violent Night Edited November 30, 2022 by rooby.booby
elevate Posted November 30, 2022 Posted November 30, 2022 Such a sharp distinction between great and truly trash horror this year BUT it was overall a very good year for horror tbh. Like people arguing over Smile / Pearl / Barbarian is cute especially in a year where Grimcutty and that Jeepers Creepers abomination were released, lol.

I'm thinking of including the slay that is The Autopsy from Guillermo del Toro's Cabinet of Curiosities. I’ll add these to the list later. I’m mixed about anthology episodes because on on hand they are self contained but also they function more like short movies to me. If you add them to your list I will count it towards the results, though. 2 hours ago, Fifteen said: I'm sorry but can someone explain to me how the rate works? What list?
