Johnny Cash Posted October 18 Posted October 18 Strange Darling movie of the year I fear Speak No Evil remake sucked everything it tried to recreate from the original was worse and while the third act was entertaining for being different, it also completely ruins the point of the original and turns it into a generic american thriller. 1

Like the previous installment, it's way too long. The final girl gives a strong performance, and hopefully she lands better roles in the future. I was shocked, tbh, because the only thing I've seen of hers is Scream TV Show and she was absolutely horrible in that one. Oh, she was also good in House of Usher, but this one. This was IT. 2
