I'm really excited for the next arc! @Chiidish did you read the entire next arc? Are the fights good?!? I read the end of the Gojou x Getou flashback arc and just the start I’m guessing of Shibuya. But I stopped because I felt like if I kept going I wouldn’t stop and I was already getting too many juicy details. I got spoiled majorly abo it something that happens so I want to maintain as much surprise as possible especially since I hear the Shibuya arc is the current peak of the series

Cloröx Posted July 31, 2023 Posted July 31, 2023 Bleach episode You did nothing wrong Captain Komamura Anyway, is Bleach the only mainstream anime/manga that promoting queer community?
Venom Posted August 2, 2023 Posted August 2, 2023 Nobody bully me, just thought I’d share but I didn’t really grow up watching animes and now I just have this deep desire to watch them. Obviously, I watched Pokémon, Digimon, Yu-Gi-Oh, and the Dragon Ball/Z series as a kid and Dragon Ball Super more recently. I also watched Death Note and Code Geass back when they first aired in the US but honestly, I can’t recall much of Code Geass. I love Death Note though. Anyways, tell me why on my journey to watch more anime, I start with the first series I find on Netflix and it’s Inuyasha. Nothing wrong with it so far but I never see ANYONE talk about it so it makes me think it’s not regarded as a high favorite anime. I mean, it’s cute so far and I’m on season 5 but I do feel there’s not much happening and there’s just like one main villain. It’s like a more mature version of Pokémon episode 4. That’s the vibe I get. But I like to finish what I start so I’m gonna finish it. I’ve also seen about 20 episodes of One Piece but I’m focusing on Inuyasha first.
Venom Posted August 2, 2023 Posted August 2, 2023 Also, I forgot to mention that the reason I want to watch more animes is because I’m always rewatching Avatar: The Last Airbender/Legend of Korra and even though they’re not animes, I crave more storytelling that’s similar. That’s all.

Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood Hunter x Hunter 2011 Magi Castlevania 86 The Great Pretender Parasyte The Maxim Banana Fish 91 Days Puella Magu Madoka Magicka Durarara (all seasons) Psycho Pass Spoiler also you might like: Edens Zero and Fairy Tail both are which are lighthearted and tropey but some people like that aspect. 1

Wow, thanks for that. I will save this list. I’ve actually been seeing stuff about Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood around social media so I’ll definitely start with that one.

It’s 10000% a great starter series that many still consider a masterpiece. There’s no filler and the English dub is actually considered very very good as well. I hope you like it 1

Inuyasha is considered an all-time classic but yeah it's not as remembered as Dragon Ball, Sailor Moon or One Piece nowadays. What's more, it's an isekai which automatically makes it less popular than action battle animes like Dragon Ball or Naruto It's still pretty successful though, like it sold over 50,000,000 copies for a reason
Chiidish Posted August 6, 2023 Posted August 6, 2023 Catching up on One Piece it’s time pray for me (I think I’m at the beginning of the Samurai arc)
MonsterJohn Posted August 6, 2023 Posted August 6, 2023 Bleach does not doing it for me right now, mostly because the fights are chopped off too much with the short episode

All in all, it’s an interesting story. I just finished the The Tragic Love Song of Destiny part 1 & 2 and it was so emotional. Just 19 more episodes to finish season 6.
Odette Violet Posted August 7, 2023 Posted August 7, 2023 I haven't been watching anime this days outside of My Hero Academia and Precure so I started to pick up newer shounens on netflix Finished Demon Slayer awhile ago and what an anime! the record for having the highest grossing anime is deserves I'm on Jujutsu Kaisen now but it's a bore so far
Odette Violet Posted August 7, 2023 Posted August 7, 2023 Just putting Sailormoon and Goku's daughters here The way SABAN butchered one of this franchise seasons is a huge crime
illia Posted August 7, 2023 Posted August 7, 2023 (edited) @thatsmydemi Spoiler The blatant spoiler girl At least delete the avi part Edited August 8, 2023 by Flomik

Odette Violet Posted August 7, 2023 Posted August 7, 2023 The way this is till my fave anime OP of 2010's. The Anime Queen of Pop never misses
Apolonio ₃₄ Posted August 8, 2023 Posted August 8, 2023 Why am I JUST now hearing they're making a Slam Dunk movie? I don't know how popular sports anime/manga is today but Slam Dunk is one of my all time faves. So excited!
