It's a human, not a pokemon. Simply ugly. And those fangs just make it worse. The way GF keeps ruining every cat/fox Pokemon is kinda funny though... Delphox, Litten, Sprigatito. It's the way they refuse to make them more animal looking. I wonder when they will realise people are not here for humanoid Pokemon (at least not for those that are too obvious like this).
