Genius1111 Posted Friday at 05:15 PM Share Posted Friday at 05:15 PM (edited) I am mildly pissed that Chimon gets dragged and ripped to shreds incessantly (and disproportionately) for not kissing well, and yet people like Phuwin (to a small extent) but especially Dunk get a free pass from like 80% of viewers. In any case, the worst thing about Dangerous Romance was the script and not really PerthChimon. PC were also real unlucky to be assigned Dangerous Romance and Never Let Me Go. Chimon is not quitting acting entirely. He may still be in Hide and Sis, which probably has no romantic roles for him. I think PC chose each other as ship partners and Perth would probably would stop doing BLs soon. He may have a new male partner in P10L, or they will just relegate him to take on a supporting role. Pawat is his bestie in GMMTV, but he's now paired with Leng. If a completely new ship takes over, I hope that it will be SeaKeen. Genius1111 Posted Friday at 05:38 PM Share Posted Friday at 05:38 PM Redittor "achjadiemudda" really did God's work Not trying to pick a fight, but just for the record: Offenses committed by Boston: sleeping with his friend's situationship (which he apologised for eventually) kind of stringing along Nick at the beginning, later trying and failing to be someone he's not and who Nick knew he wasn't (no proper apology) generally being a bit of an ******* sometimes, occasionally abandoning a drunk Ray (partial apologies) Offenses committed against Boston: several instances of nonconsensually recorded sex tapes (apology only by Nick) distribution of revenge porn (apology only by Nick) threatening to out him to his father through the use of revenge porn (no apology) false, public SA accusations as revenge for not sleeping with someone (which somehow Boston was made to apologise for?, half-hearted apology under duress by Atom) several instances of physical assault of varying degrees (half-hearted apology by Cheum, otherwise none) constant **** shaming by basically every other character including some that had previously or were at the time sleeping with him (no apology) justifying all of the above with "you deserve it for being a ****" by several characters (no apology) (and those are just the offenses committed specifically against Boston, there's a whole lot more that don't involve Boston) Why exactly is it Boston you want to hit with a car and not one of the other characters who committed actual real prosecutable crimes? ---------------- Only Ray got charged in court, but 6 other guys should have been charged in court, forced to pay fines and serve jail time. - Sand distributed revenge p0rn and manufactured alcoholic drinks illegally without a license and a proper facility - Mew distributed and threatened Boston with revenge p0rn, and also threatened to out him to his dad - Top snorted coke - Nick of course made that illegal recording of TopBoston - Atom blackmailed Boston and could have been sued for libel - Daddy Dan kind of forced himself on his subordinate Nick The only thing that Boston did wrong that was a chargeable offence was having s3x in a public space but Top would also be guilty of that The only characters who weren't sh!tty were the characters played by Nonnie, Jennie and Tee. (Cheum and Boeing were crappy characters but did not violate any laws.) In the trailer and at the start of the show, the directors and the writers made it look like Boston was the only villain (while the rest were just flawed characters) but by the end of the show, they were implicitly implying that the other holier-than-thou characters were far crappier than Boston ever was. However, they were kind of forced by the execs, it seems, to still make SandRay and TopMew appear as palatable as possible in order to sustain the ships in the long term.
