A few months ago, I read that the two directors invited NeoMark to try out the suggested roles (an informal audition, I suppose). I suspect that, at that time, NeoLouis knew that Louis would be taking a step back in order to focus on pilot school, and Neo was no longer in any established ship, so the directors made the proposal to Neo to try it with Mark. I wonder if ForceBook were offered the roles because the top execs really want ForceBook get another opportunity and they kind of force the two directors to take them in. I am not complaining, they are doing quite a good job in the past few epsiodes.
