I voted for Triage as well in SOTY but I had it in my lower half of the ranking.

I kinda served diversity with 2 thai shows 2 japanese shows and 1 taiwanese.

For FUTS, I am up till Ep 8. I love the chemistry between Neo and Phuwin. They acted as a couple in My Tee some years ago so that explains things. They also have this cameo in Dark Blue Kiss (my fave, and probably the only BL with 0 scenes with bad writing) which I only realized when re-watching it yesterday (Ep 10 Part 4/4). While I remembered that scene, I didn't know who they were at the time.

 

1000 Stars: When I first read the synopsis, I was expecting it to be the guy (Tian) who received the heart transplant from the girl (Torfun) to be the one chasing after the ranger chief (Phupha) because Tian had her heart, and that the ranger chief had to slowly adjust from loving a girl to loving a guy. But of course, that's not how the story goes. 

 

It is a great show, and should have been remade into an Oscar-baity arthouse film. I still cannot get over the scene in Ep8 where one character throws the under the bus, as well as parts of the finale (the messing up of the counting, and the lame we-missed-each-other-by-minutes scene). 

 

While Mix received his plaudits in 1000 Stars,  I like his character in FUTS far more.

Def not a day more like a couple of days. I watch most of them while working anyways  I did ff a lot through some of these shows

Is anyone watching Eien no Kinou? It's the first Japanese BL I've watched since My Love Mix Up. I've only seen the first episode so far, and I can already tell I'm going to love it

I only honored 2 countries in my votes this time round - Thailand and Taiwan. The ones from Japan / the Philippines that I've watched are older, the one from Singapore is only half completed, the one from the UK is ineligible and I have never watched any from South Korea. 

 

I somehow managed to include pity nominations for the panned ones, like Check Out, Enchante, Star In My Mind and Sky In Your Heart because they still had some redeeming features.

I watch at 2x the speed for most shows (or 1.5x if on Netflix). 

 

Did you finish the entire 2gether franchise, include Still 2gether and the movie sequel (which is available online)?

 

Anyway, you should move on to KinnPorsche and Dark Blue Kiss. Technically DBK is the 3rd installment of a trilogy (or 4th if you include the special episode), but it can definitely be enjoyed on its own.

I personally identify with Kao in Dark Blue Kiss a lot (not so much the Kao in Kiss Me Again) because we both like Math and what he does to earn money. Maybe this is why I am not hating on Newwie. Newwie also seems like the smarty-pants among his colleagues. 

 

Looks-wise, probably 2019/2020 Neo Trai if we both have short hair (50% similarity).

so reactors were told by da production company for Khun Chai dat to post a reaction on YT u need special permission lol on top of only allowing 15 minutes of da actual show in your reaction after allowing dem to react to the first 6 episodes with no restrictions lol

Yas get into it It's a cute and lighthearted little series, not to be taken too seriously and it's just for a fun, wholesome (?) time  

Idk if I'm the right person to recommend stuff cause I usually just watch shows where I find an actor hot  

But my favorite BLs that I watched this year are:

Korean: Semantic Error, Blueming, Cherry Blossoms After Winter

Japanese: Kieta Hatsukoi, Old Fashioned Cupcake

Taiwanese: History2: Crossing the Line, About Youth (both are free on YouTube!)
