The vegas pete interactions are some of the best I've seen in a drama.... The graveyard scene was so so beautiful... It was not at all cheesy even though Porsche thought so ☹️

Why is Tim suddenly hesitant to be with Mai when he’s been thirsting after him up until this point? I know Mai was hesitant initially, but now he’s ready, and Tim is just suddenly not interested anymore? There was no build up to this, unless Tim wants to pursue Kim now instead. 2. They’re in HIGH SCHOOL? And some of them already live alone? I’m confused. I could’ve sworn Kim said something about being a university student in the first episode. Why are Mai and Tim talking about going to the same university when they graduate (or are they trying to transfer schools)?

He seems rational and collected in nature, especially compared with Bear and Mek. Him and Lee deserve a better storyline than this lazy uninspired plot.

It would be great if there is one season per book, but apparently there's some behind-the-scenes mess, so I guess we will be lucky to even have one more season. 1. The pool scene was terrific. Apo showing off his butt to the whole city when he is being pressed against the glass wall. Mile Pakhum, you're such a lucky (straight) man to witness Apo in all his glory. 2. The BibleBuild scenes were also wonderfully acted. Too bad they were interrupted at the end. Too bad Build's reputation has gone down the gutter in recent days. 3. Tankhun being the most caring and thoughtful person. He was distraught when he realized Pete was in danger, sobbing when burning the offerings, ecstatic when celebrating Pete's return, and distraught again when Porsche and Porchay disappeared. Tong didn't really deliver much during TharnType Seasons 1 and 2, but he absolutely delivered over here. I did vote for Tong for the recent BL King rate initially, but I took him out after realizing that it would have been a wasted vote. 4. It was amusing to see Porsche and Vegas scooting away from their boyfriends at the end. 5. Kim and Porchay are basically like Sarawat and Tine now. In fact, Kim is being colder and more aloof than Sarawat ever was, and Porchay is just being the dumber Tine. I like Sarawat and Tine but I find Kim and Porchay a little off-putting. It's probably a writing issue, I guess. 6. The actors playing Kun (Vegas' dad) and Chan (?) (the head bodyguard) are more handsome than some of the actors in the main cast but we hardly see them. ______ My main beef with the plot is that we had to suspend a bit of disbelief to get to where we are at this stage (the build up to VegasPete's relationship). Kinn didn't really suspect that something's wrong with Pete when Pete never called him back. He just completely fell for the setup that Vegas had set up and Kinn was supposed to be the astute one in the family. A little too convenient, I suppose. I am not sure how the novel dealt with it, or whether the script is faithful to the original, but still a little disappointed, nonetheless. I suppose Tankhun has a crush on Pete, but too bad, he's taken! Edited July 3, 2022 by Genius1111

I am not sure if the other BL series have dealt with this before (first time witnessing it in a BL series), but in case you're wondering, you can read this link. Why Do the Chinese Burn Fake Money at Funerals? (theculturetrip.com) What else is burnt for the deceased? In addition to the paper money, some mourners go as far as offering paper replicas of houses, servants, garments, passports, flight tickets, rice cookers and even the latest gadgets like smartphones and TVs. Such items are burned to symbolically provide the deceased with a place to live, clothing to wear and people to take care of them in the afterlife. No luxuries are denied to the deceased.
