I'm BEYOND ready for the Switch 2; moreover, I'm ready for the next 3D Mainline Mario...it's been 7 years. SEVEN. That's insane!!

hopefully it'll be like SMB2 USA version where we can choose characters like Luigi, Toad, and Peach (thrown in da other legends like Daisy, Rosalina, and Pauline)

A playable Peach would make my entire life but I can't see them doing it for a mainline  a guy can dream tho!!!! I just hope they add other stuff like items you can carry etc

A 2-3 month gap between announcement and release just isn't realistic imo and we just got alleged leaks that there won't be enough stock for a March launch

I know this is a hot take and I def see the age on pretty much all multiplatform games that release on switch BUT…. I genuinely feel like I could play mine without getting bored for another 5+ years  it doesn't help that I have a backlog of probably 50 or more games for just the Switch but still

tbh i kind of agree...I don't really care about the hardware as much as I care about the GAMES. Like give us good quality, fun games and I'm set. I don't want them to drastically change anything after the Switch. I want it to be like the XBox/Playstation with numbers/editions. We don't need the gimmicks anymore! I fear they've struck a perfect balance between console and handheld with the Switch.

King Switch is around 150 million right now,   and it will be 154-155 million by march and  160 million by end of summer,  ,  165 million by  end of december 2025  what are you talking about

Not 5 million in just the fall of next year  I fear these numbers are not accurate, but love the optimism!

The fact that I missed TWO generations of Nintendo consoles (Wii U, Switch)  Trust I will be making sure to acquire the Switch 2 whenever they decide to announce it! If it's apparently going to be backwards compatible I'll have a good stockpile of Switch games to play as well which is fun.

I guess only the Switch 2 joycons in very poor quality. I don't know how reliable it is. They were white and very similar to ones we have now.

nothing there are of course little scraps of leaks here and there but nothing of substance yet. still waiting. I assume the switch 2 will be announced in march around mar10 day to show off the new 3d mario.
