Future Redeemed was amazing  it ended the entire Klaus saga beautifully. The lore, characters, and world design made it feel like a direct sequel to XC2 unlike XC3 which was intended to play like a standalone entry. The last chapter has some of the best moments in the series  and this DLC added a layer to N/Noah’s character which made me like him more

I would have given Zelda a higher score in the Main Nintendo Girl Rate if I knew her TotK story arc. Probably her best arc since OoT.

And because there's nothing else to discuss, since there are so few upcoming releases  I feel bad for non-Zelda fans; at least we have Tears to keep us busy through the drought, but they have nothing.

I'm not a Zelda fan but there's literally nothing else to discuss right now. 

That Pokemon home update coming five months late won't make me return to the mess of a game either. Switch collecting dust for another month, I guess.

I really doubt that there are any (major) games left for the Switch. They'll give us Pikmin, Pokémon and Zelda DLC, the remaining Mario Kart courses and maybe another Wii U port (XCX? Wind Waker? Twilight Princess?) to somehow get to the end of the current fiscal year and then they'll announce the Switch 2.

Forgot to mention, but I'm actually surprised MK 1 will be released on Switch as well. I don't plan to buy it, since I'd rather wait until I buy a ps5 and play in it, but work.

Tea, the story & especially the unique way i experienced it was  I'm refraining from talking too much about it for now cuz idw overhype or spoil that experience for anyone. She deserved more than 4th after TOTK  Her American VA imitating a British accent, & always sounding on the verge of tears works against her tho  how did u end up finding Ganon's VA?

I've only heard Ganondorf say like 10 lines so I'm still not sure  He def sounded better in the memories than in the trailer. But I'm assuming I'll hear from him more and make a better assessment by the end.

I'd die for new Mario game but that's doubtful. Knowing Nintendo the best we gonna get this year is Zelda DLC.

I think 3D Mario is obviously the launch title for the Switch 2 at this point, but I don't think 2D Mario is unlikely or maybe a new Donkey Kong of some sort. It would be crazy for them to not release any Mario-related game this year after the movie's success. 

 

The 15m figure is throwing me off because from the lineup they have now, and the current sales trajectory of both Switch hardware and software declining (aside from anomalies like Pokémon and Zelda), it will be very hard for them to reach that number. 

 

Predicting Nintendo is always so hard but that's why I LOVE them.

Playing through BOTW right now and I'm having a lovely time. It makes me so shitting excited that I have the rest of BOTW to play AND after that I still have TOTK (!!! ) to play which is very likely to be an even better version of BOTW, I need some superglue for my wiig!

 

I was originally going to just play TOTK and skip BOTW nnnn because I love the added features of TOTK (it was more appealing to me than BOTW) and I didn't know if I had enough time and energy to invest into both, but I'm pleased I changed my mind because now I can enjoy both. It's kind of an interesting experience discovering the greatness of BOTW exactly at the same time that everyone is playing and getting excited about TOTK. Kind of surreal!

 

I wasn't sold before but I totally get the appeal of BOTW now - it was sooo satisfying to complete the shrines by myself without any help. I was serving Bear Grylls in this ***** with one of the shrines

 

I'm also super ready to continue playing OoT. From the little I played of it before I loveeee it, the whimsical atmosphere... it's so charming I played it a little in my childhood and started it again recently, and the VIBES are vibing. Navi is my everything

 

I was never into the Zelda franchise (I still remember when I thought Link was called Zelda ) but I'm starting to love it. And the perks of being a new fan is that I got allllll these games waiting for me to experience for the first time I'm excited to discover which Zelda game is my fave.

 

(also gw0rls I was so shook to find out that Ganon looked like THAT I thought he was gonna look more... monstrous?? like some dragon beast or sumthing. and less attractive woo chile)

I am playing BOTW at the moment it my first switch game and really confuses me. The story missions are so hard even though I am still in the beginning like why they dont show on the map where is the spot of the photo memories or in side missions why they dont give us the exact point on maps . Right now my goal is to activate all towers to see map clearly then watch youtube tutorials on missions  Also I love the shrines, The puzzles gave me what I wanted from the tomb raider reboot.

 

Also playing it on the TV gives soo much better experience. It looks way better imo.

Oh I wonder what Ganon looks like lol. I love the world it is so appealing. The missions are so hard for me right now so I am just exploring the world. I thought the game will let me explore it little by little through the story missions but I think it dont follow the traditional AAA game formula. I was frustrated when I realize I needed to explore each place by myself for story missions cuz I am very impatient but I am slowly getting used to it. Also very excited for TOTK but I dont think I will get it soon since I am a very slow player. I hope I can get it on discount later .
