4k 60 fps and almost nonexistent loading times in BOTW and TOTK… I'm so used to giving and now I get to receive :WAP:

This agenda to push the mobile app (that's not available in all countries) is so weird though. All the new features should be in-game :biblio:

Other noticeable omissions so far are Petey Piranha (but regular Piranha Plant is confirmed) and Toadette.

Toadette has been shown multiple times

Just the thought of paying 80€-90€ for an incomplete game which will have a paid DLC a year later makes me blood boil.

The gaming industry is the biggest scam ever. :khalyan2:

You're right, she's shown in the official footage. I'm messy. :chick2:

But we want Toadsworth next.

And their games rarely have deep discounts. They also took down the loyalty program. I hope they have something planned for us Nintendrones. Giving free access to DLC through NSO sub is a must, now more than ever.

Yessss, I'm also confused why there's no Diddy Kong confirmation yet :biblio: I wonder if it's something to do with the Donkey Kong redesign :michael:

Metroid's intro sequence was... alright. Very Prime 3 coded.

I talked with my boyfriend who is not a gamer and he said he doesn't really see a reason to get Switch 2 for now. For him, the 3rd party games are more worth it on PS5 and portability doesn't make sense with too limited battery life. And exclusives are too expensive to justify. He convinced me to not sell my Switch but I think I will still get S2 at launch because of FOMO :rip:  I guess I'm a prostitute for Nintendo

could u imagine if they sold characters lol

The character selection screen looks a mess ngl. Why would they make a whole different slot just for a new outfit? It should be one slot per character and then you can choose their outfits that way

People are not complaining about whether the prices are fair or not. No one cares about how much games used to cost and inflation, people complain because the prices of games are getting bigger while salaries are staying the same. How is it so hard to understand?

Inflation is not the fault of Nintendo. Games are one of very few non-commodity consumer goods that haven't historically risen with inflation, developers have been sounding the alarm on prices being too low for over a decade now. If a full price game can sell millions of copies and still put a studio out of business it's time to make smaller games or more expensive games, people would be equally outraged by a $60 Odyssey spiritual successor that had a smaller scope than the original.:fan:

I bet you also believe that the money is going straight to the developers. :rip:

The video game industry is more mainstream and profitable than ever before, stop this nonsense.

I have both and no shade but one of these girls can run games that the other girl can't, so her prices (even though expensive) is more legitimate.

Gaming has ALWAYS being an expensive hobby.

I was hoping to get the multi language unit in Japan but they won't let me. It's over.

You must be a resident of Japan and have your Nintendo Account's "country/region" setting set to "Japan" at the time of application for this lottery sale, at the time of purchase, and at the time of receiving the product.

Well yes, but clearly the game prices have been lowered/consistent to appeal to a bigger audience while the economy was improving. And now at a worsening economic environment in the west, the increase of game prices is getting backlash, esp from folks who didn't have access to gaming in the past than they do now (and thanks to Nintendo's consoles becoming more affordable than others) or ppl being accustomed to Nintendo being the more affordable gaming experience.
