I wouldn’t be able to tell if someone was Cuban or Argentinian. I consider both white though. We tend to only really consider Mexican, Puerto Rican and Dominican as “Latin” in the US.

They're both "latino" but Tenoch is obviously indigenous while Pedro is most definitely not. That's like saying a Native American man and Justin Timberlake look alike because they're both "American".

There was a longer running trope of black actors being cast as the US president in media before Obama was elected. She credited Hollywood for that.
