This group of girls are definitely better than the first. The first queens doing 6 lip syncs with a bit of heel clacking … MEH! Comedy queens are truly better and Plane Jane is Kunty as **** and I LIVE for it!

That was a fun episode of Plane Jane's Drag Race.

 

She ate everyone up even if her talent was Jimbo-coded. She still had a unique pov which could also be seen in her runway look and even in her confessionals. Nymphia was also a star this episode but in a different, quirkier way. 

The rest were cute (except Megami, sorry for her) but no one came close to those 2 imo. I didn't see a top 2 placement for Geneva.

I do think the personalities were more interesting than some of the first group. 

Overall, my early faves are Sapphira, Mirage, Plane and Nymphia. That would be a great top 4 but we'll see!

living for Plasma though, a star for sure but i think this's not her time yet. like she's witty and talented but still lacks that finest. when a queen goes this route, they really have to hit it out of the park. 

For Nymphia, she's clearly a star, a unique one as well and i think there's a lot more to see from her. 

the flip queen kind of didn't really bring it. she shouldn't have gone in with being THEE FLIP QUEEN. should have keep it as a secret card because she kind of have nothing but FLIP.

the rest i don't really care that much. overall much more entertaining episode that the first one.

Plane's lip sync style is so fun. She's kind of what we all wishes Jimbo would have been if she could actually perform

I don't think Plane's talent show performance was that amazing to be honest, but then again nobody really killed it from either of the 2 groups (kind of like Anetra did last year for example).

 

I think what's captivating about Plane is her charisma, she got my attention immediately. Her entrance look was the best too, along with maybe Q on the first episode. She can definitely turn out looks, I am excited to see her on the ball episode.

The way all the people at the viewing party hated plain Jane. I loved seeing her win and had them seething My girl Geneva. So happy someone from south texas is representing. Overall so much better than the first episode.

Alright, I know I'm gonna deeply love Nymphia all the way, and she was "robbed" this episode but at least it was because of a "game". Great in every sense, even the personality one.

 

Another star is Plane, THANK GOD someone finally dares to make some TV! She and Mistress last season (maybe Irene if she would've lasted longer) are the only ones keeping some entertaining to it, damn I missed it, it's been ages. And you can tell they do it for our (and their) fun, so that's even better. Maybe I'll eat my words if Plane ends up being evil and annoying, but that doesn't seem to be the case. As for her talent show, the group was weak so I can see why she was top 2, but it was meh and already seen. She's incredibly versatile and talented though, and the lip sync was fierce!

 

Plasma is really talented, but I think she needs a season or two to be a real contender.

 

I think I didn't say anything about the other premiere, but Sapphira is the clear mega-star. She stole the episode and her youtube video was...   Q is an AMAZING seamstress, and a good performer, but I feel she's lacking something else. Dawn was fun, but I have the same feeling.

 

In conclusion, I'm loving almost everyone personality-wise and I think we're gonna have some good TV. But the crown is between Nymphia, Plane and Sapphira BY FAR, so I don't know if that will make it boring. Last season it was MOTHER's show (a dream to watch), but the rest of the top 5, maybe even top 7, gave a lot of fight here and there. Nobody of season 14 had winner potential, so it was also less clear to predict the placements. So I guess we'll just see with this one.

 

Edit: forgot to comment about Mirage, that talent show was IT, those moves, omg... Still, half-baked in other areas, so no crown contender for me.

I don't care for Plane Jane's drag - I find her rather generic and unoriginal atm - but I live for her playing the villain.

 

hopefully she doesn't soften up as the season continues.
