I’m gonna need Thorgy and Peppermint to be on AS9 because their chaotic energy would create great TV without the unnecessary drama.

If they called her back would be to give her a different narrative, just like how the called Aja again after the edit they got in AS3. They know Thorgy is a huge fan favorite nowadays, and a great narrator for a season.

Also I’m going to need anyone in this thread who is rating AS3 poorly to see themselves OUT of this fandom :deadbanana4:

 

It’s the second best AS after AS2. The number of memorable moments and iconic memes? Nearly unmatched. The iconic cast? Come on. 

 

I also think AS3 occupies a nice sweet spot with the runways. The cast mostly turned it on the runway, but they didn’t have to spend at the level of Diego Montoya’s Drag Race.

AS3 dies after Bendela of course, but it is still very iconic. I usually switch between AS3 and AS4 as the second better season (AS7 is difficult to judge tbh).

AS3 had a really horrible ending twist and came after AS2 so it was always going to be bad in comparison.


it's on par with as6 for me, higher highs but also lower lows.

AS4 is my All Star bias. Only time after AS2 that it really felt like a season of STARS. Even the early outs they brought back, Jasmine and Gia, were iconic.

 

I think it fires on all cylinders... great looks, great challenges, possibly the best season for lipsyncs ever?

 

Only complaint is that awful Sex and the City challenge episode, but we can just skip it since nothing of value happens during it :duck:

The Bitchelor alone >>>. AS3 is great just ignore the terrible finale plot twist ruining everything. Ditto AS4 with that awkward Super Queen remix and the double crowning.

For me

 

AS2 > AS4 > AS6 > AS3 > AS7 > AS5 > AS8 

 

 

AS7 will always rank low because I hate the concept. A points system can work but there were no stakes, no real drama, and everything felt convoluted. There were some standout performances and looks though. 
 

Also I love the bigger cast for AS6 tbh.

AS3 and AS4 are really excellent seasons weighed down by horrible finales/winners. I still cringe at the thought of two winners.

It's the way the All Stars spinoff has been trending downwards in terms of enjoyability/quality. They really should make it a bi-annual thing.

Both AS3 and AS4 go off the rails after their frontrunners leaving but AS3 is even more hindered by the stupid jury twist
