Jimbo is a kooky girl fan fave that most think was unfairly sent home on her last season that was just last year. She has 2x the amount of followers jaymes has, I’ve seen nothing but support for her but to be fair I’m only on here and Twitter. I remember the “misogyny” thing when she walked in in the body suit but haven’t heard any of that noise since before the season even started. 
 

Ive seen jimbo stans claim she could have won some of her lipsyncs this season. That just screams delusional white girl to me idk

Jaymes got the proper amount of redemption from this season. Her elimination was actually really deserved within this challenge specifically. that runway outfit was HORRIBLE a disgrace to Grace Jones . Actually the majority of her runways have been ill fitting and cheap looking and not up to par with what I consider an All Star.

Jimbo is still serving much better television than Shea was on AS5, I dont see the comparison at all other than both of them being leagues above the rest on their respective seasons. I'd already put this season above AS5 and AS6 (which was a bore after Yara left) in terms of entertainment value.

Even though it was ugly, Jaymes served Grace Jones. That outfit was just an ugly choice on both of them

AS5 was bad because they chose miz cracker to be the competition for shea. Only if they let Alexis play the role it wouldbe another story.

Alexis served in the challenges despite it seeming like production was not noticing her fairly. She slayed in the variety show (my favorite over India, personally), was 2nd best in the love song challenge only behind obvious winner Shea, had the only moment I genuinely laughed in that hotel design challenge when the cap blew off and she reacted, was 3rd best in snatch game besides the obvious Top 2 & was the only other person who killed it, & I loved her paper cup dress that she shouldn’t have been in the bottom for. And she served some of the best runways.

Had they treated Alexis fairly on AS5 the top 3 would’ve been her, Juju and Shea. 
Shea still wins but at least the season would’ve been better

Don’t do Grace like that. I’ve yet to see a STRETCH pant that fits Jaymes. And those flat matted fox tails looked like they were got glued from Amazon. The quality just wasn’t there

That’s because they Pit Stop it’s just a mouthpiece for production, it’s another tool to convince the audience in their narrative. No one can convince me that Alexis didn’t win that challenge, she had the hardest verse, best singing, most difficult dancing, best characterization of Joan AND the best runway but safe, not even a top placement, WILD. 

Also Kandy is a mediocre queen and has never deserved to win a challenge throughout either run (Gotmik should have won the roast on S13) her looks are messy 75% off the time as well as her lip syncs. She has a decent enough personality but she only gets pushed for causing drama and because she is big.

Hmm, I don't really think this is true when Pit Stop hosts pretty regularly disagree with the judging  Bianca has several times, but it also happened a bunch with Bob and Monet.

 

I mean, in this very ep, Bianca and Pep both say Kahanna deserved a top placement and also complain about the judges not liking LaLa's look. This is why I found them saying Kandy had the best look so confusing

Jimbo may be an autopilot because of the format of AS (which needs to be changed because of **** like this imo), but she’s certainly not on autopilot as far as the challenges. she’s giving her all every week.

Honestly this season would be 2x as enjoyable if it was on MTV instead of Paramount+.

 

Drag Race is a kinda show that benefits from live reactions and discourse, and nobody is staying up till 3AM to watch the show or wanting to talk about it first thing on a Saturday morning.
