It took Plastique TikTok success and a glown up to All Stars before she got to this level of drag, Marmalade is astonishing.

Jewels in the bottom and Suzie high? for the makeover?! I could not believe it.

I'm glad Jewels was in the bottom tho because it's been several times now that some girls pull an oversized coat/jacket for the makeover and it feels like a cop-out.

 

Lexi didn't deserve the low critiques, she did great. And Sam and her mom were so funny and entertaining. I think I'm rooting for Sam to win the crown, having a young pageant queen in the winners circle would be nice.

I feel like im going insane, why does suzie flop getting praised every episode for doing the bare minimum and wearing mall looks, and the fact that all the girls are scared of her, what is going on??? I feel like the universe if pulling a prank on me :deadbanana2: the law roach comment sent me into a spiral

Speaking of her, I watch S2 every now and then and her run was simply legendary. Minus a few obvious episodes, she was the most consistent all season and her only real competition was Raven towards the end. 
 

Her mug was still one of the BEST of any queen I'd ever seen; you couldn't deny her beauty and she was so charismatic - no wonder Ru was obsessed with her.
 

The utter downfall is just insane. :deadbanana4:

Makeover episodes are usually a skip for me but this one was perfect. Loved seeing the heartfelt interactions and everyone's honest stories regarding their relationship with their parents.

 

Onya and Jewels were clearly the btm 2. Jewels especially was very disappointing tbh. Not only was the outfit a cop out but she somehow managed to make her handsome dad look like Q :rip:

 

But she more than made up for it when she annihilated the lipsync. Track record mattered this time.

Remove Susie's head from her look and that was fashion, Law was correct. Those thick layers looked amazing on her too. 
 

I still think the hair and makeup was so bad I could've given her bottom with Jewels who did that thing Gigi did, use a fur look and it never works.

Lexi's complicated feelings about Suzie is such a fascinating storyline. I understand where she's coming from and I wonder if she feels that way about every drag queen who had good education and/or upbringing or if it's limited to theater queens bc that's what she'd do if she had her family's support when she was younger.

i think suzie just rly acts like a young person with an old soul. She's kind of a huge brat, vibe wise. but not in a charli type of way but more in a literal brat type of way. but one that has the love of the teachers.
