I feel like when you have great challenges or personalities that shine like DeLa, Shangela, runways don't matter.

 

Same applies for the opposite, Season 7 is saved from being bottom of the barrel with Season 11 and 13 because of the runways :rip:

Probably because the puffs on the dress were lopsided, she cheapened it with those tacky ass shoes, and lessened the whole look by removing the skirt making it another bodysuit.

Besides the format and some of the challenges.. All Stars 1 isn't that bad. Every lipsync was amazing and untucked was very entertaining.

And that street challenge was great!

The street challenge was top tier, I wish they were able to still do challenges like those somehow without the risk of spoilers.  Even with the unfortunate twist, I'd still rank AS1 ahead of AS4 & AS5.

I wonder how insufferable Shangela was behind the scenes during AS3 filming for the 'jury' not to vote for her :rip:She has a reputation of being unprofessional (e.g., late, rude, demanding) so I wouldn't be surprised if her attitude cost her a spot in the Top 2.
