No.

 

The question is if this a quick suicide mission to create havoc in that city or if they’re just looking to cause longer term havoc and drain resources on the border.

 

The city they’ve captured is a key military launchpoint for their invasion of Ukraine so there’s clearly some sort of plan they’ve followed.

They practically do not meet strong resistance from local forces. The question is what will happen near Moscow, will they be able to enter it.
