It pains me to see their self-esteem being shattered like this. I hope they don't give up and do even better next round. Their MVSK performance was so good.

Honestly it’s pissing me off that they were no eliminations on Kingdom but for Queendom it’s back !!!

So unfair

The way he silenced the children arguing over scraps with an emote. He said ENUFF of the disrespect! But didn't hunty interject the same way over bastardized twink symphony paving the way? Tablo is such a divo.

The fandom d*ckriding this post the hardest makes the intention speak for itself lmao Maybe Epik High are dropping something soon and want some buzz and was inspired by TOP.  Ironic how I don't think they've ever called themselves kpop, and if you google it the top results just refer to them as a krnb/khiphop group and kpop "adjacent" at best. A lot of people skipped them in the kpop category not because of erasure but because of the general confusion. Also they're not the first korean group, it was an indie act in 2011 + don't khiphop guys hate being considered kpop??  Anyway yet another mess BP will catch strays for from people who are googling them as we speak to get some jabs in   :toofunny3:

Blinks are being nasty of course but after what's been happening to BP recently I get the rapid fire attitude. It's just a longggg hiatus + dragging online and shady moves from the industry.

yeah that SinB girl from VIVIZ comes off as really annoying

it might be an evil edit from Mnet and if it really is then it worked on me

Yes, she comes across as a horrible person on the show. As does Exy :skull:  MNET knows what they’re doing with the editing though, this is all just a ploy for certain groups to get fans/lose fans

so Aespachella will be their first huge crowd and vocally live perfomance….

that’s kinda recipe for disaster…

I love Tablo :rip: Also it's kind of funny that the Twitter gg stans think they can do anything to mess with him considering, well, everything.

So pleased for the success they've had with this comeback. Half-a-million seller! And it's their 12th #1 album on the Gaon album chart :omg:

FMR also passed 100M points already on the Gaon digital chart.

IKTR! I'm excited to see what they do next this year. :clap3:

I feel like SM was probably really surprised about how well this comeback actually did.

ngl I’m also surprised

I would’ve been happy with another cute moderate yet successful moment like Queendom, but seeing them have a HIT again just feels so right

im not worried about the quality because that’s always there, but I’m glad to see the other stuff on SM’s end going as planned for the most part. the girls getting sick was a cruel joke, but at least it seems like everyone’s recovered well

Tablo's already been through the worst of the worst bullying in South Korea so ain't no little twt stans gonna phase him

They might still lip sync, handheld mics are a good sign but not exactly proof.

If they do sing it's just about whether the girls can keep the nerves in check. They have the skills, but with no experience - things can so easily go wrong :skull:

I think Covid really disrupted their plans (especially the concert) which was such bad luck, but it's out of their control and like you say, I'm glad they all seem to have recovered well, which is the most important thing.

I just hope now SM sees the value in pushing RV more. The fact they've started mediaplaying the phrase "long-running popularity" suggests to me they've finally woken up and realized, but we'll see. We know they'll be getting more comebacks this year (plus potentially Seulgi solo), so hopefully those get a big push.

One thing is for sure though, the FMR era has been a huge slap in the face to all those who kept trying to downgrade and count RV out. :fan:

It's genuinely amazing that Red Velvet, as an 8-year-old group, managed to catch the 4th gen wave of rising interest and repeak this far into their career. I feel like they've been consistently underestimated for most of it so it's really heartening to see them overcome so many obstacles back to back. What a great group.

i doubt tablo is gonna care about the deranged gg stans on twitter anyways :deadbanana4:

Nothing, I don't know much about GFRIEND's personalities as I've never been a huge fan but she just has a dry personality and doesn't really smile much. :rip: Exy is overeager actually but they're both still supportive of everyone else & are happy to be there. Nothing toxic has been said.

Yeah it's pretty incredible longevity. For me, Red Velvet were sometimes questionable in terms of being part of the 'big three' of 3rd gen, as their success seemed a lot weaker than Twice & BP. But somehow they've managed to hold interest. I think it's just a case of having great members and a great discography.
