GOT song sounds very SM'd from that snippet :skull:

I wonder if Teddy will still be heavily involved with BAEMON's music like he was with BP? he never touched any of TREASURE's music so far

and if he's not, I wonder how will a YG girl group do with teddy-less music

also, all eyes are on baemon - they are blackpink's successors and they're the last girl group from 4th gen to debut

this is just so exciting :duca:

I guess you can say i'm a yg rat when it comes to girl groups :deadbanana2:

I'm sure is gdragon behind this GG. That's the only reason why he's still in YG

how did Ateez go from doing 2-3 eps per year with 2 title tracks each to only 1 ep this year and 1 remix ep with a new song :deadbanana:

their noise songs used to be fun but I'm completely over it now

YGNGG :chick2:

Super excited! And very interesting that they’re 7 members, that’s more than all their direct competitors.

So we’re getting group name and pic on Jan 1st? I’m guessing individual announcements after that and then a debut announcement. So they won’t be impacting the charts until February

Stamp On It sounds a bit NCT'd, inb4 another Girls fiasco. But it's too short to judge. They looks amazing though.

Another 4th gen group debuting to s**t on Fraudzy's grave :deadbanana: They're really over.

I’m conflicted about all of the news regarding YG

I refuse to support YG since they are **** company and the BP’s future is an one big unknown but then I know that Baemon will be successful, for sure, just riding off of the BP’s clout… we will see if they will change the formula and make them more vocal centered like they stated before

also them releasing all of that info in the middle of NewJeans storm, weird and petty company :rip: I hope karma will bite them in the a**

BP leave YG and join Hybe now when they allowed IKON to leave as a full group

IVE have twice as many physicals as Aespa now and only 500k more sales. Aespa average 1.25M per release and IVE average 750k (966k for Korean releases).

IVE and NewJeans are clearly smashing, but even then, Aespa is still ahead of them in every metric (except now IVE with physicals). I don’t think SM is scared so much as they want to release more.

Most Successful Female Groups Digitals:

1. IVE - 1,861,661,520 (2 comebacks)

2. Aespa - 1,548,623,805 (1 comeback)

3. (G)-IDLE - 1,313,704,901 (2 comebacks)

4. NewJeans - 1,198,800,171 (debut)

5. BlackPink - 813,378,248 (1 comeback)

People are convinced Aespa flopped this year, too, and it’s kind of a kii.

what even is this ranking :rip: why some groups have 2 comebacks counted, other one, other whole year total

just write down latest full eras of each of them and you will see how delusional you are with those „statistics”, also without fraudalently slapped on songs from previous releases :rip: aespa 1.5m points from the Girls era, worms for brain

I mean IKON aren't BP dd :rip:

I really doubt they'd be able to leave YG and still keep the BLACKPINK name. That would be too good to be true.

What? Is no one supposed to announce or release anything when NewJeans release because they're trying to overshadow them?:rip:

I guess YG is trying to upstage GOT the beat and SM PALACE too. :ahh:

Why would they still want to be idols when they are above that now? I would never

Because they want to freely release music, perform, tour, do more endorsements, acting gigs, etc? Not necessarily your regular idol schedule but still

we’re in a stan base, everyone in here is biased, of course I’m not serious :rip: just expressing my YG’s aversion, since I truly believe this company cannot manage their artists and they waste huge potentials of the idols signed under them :deadbanana4: also I don’t think NewJeannies are threatened in any way, they have 3 top 10s as of right now and Ditto is coming too lol

as I said, Baemon will be successful anyway

YG is really good at noise marketing, though

So is this means there's a chance for BP to own their name if all of them decide not to renew?!! :jonny:
