Ayumi has dropped a cover of Miyuki Nakajima's Jidai, should become available in an hour or so.

Nakajima is considered a rival of Yumi Matsutoya, whose song "Haru yo, koi" Ayumi covered previously, so it could be a coincidence or maybe a hint at a new album era with a similar rollout to Remember you.

UPD. Still not available, looks like it's Japan-only for now?

Ooh this icon on who I was one of the first people to report in the Western sphere and whose first album I later uploaded to a certain website. I just had a feeling about her.

um, wow. scavenging for comments on shiina's songs on last.fm today there was a song from Miyuki on the similar tracks section, I had not known of her before that. I did not play the song because I thought it was a bit random, but now I'm really curious.

the Ayumi cover is not available to me yet it seems. :lakitu:

Fun disco bop :sats:

I was listening to FFXV Vol 2 and realized I didn't recognize the vocalist on Choosing Hope, so I looked her up. I'll have to see what else she's got!
