I fear ATW10 sucked up all the “fan favorite” energy that SOG and HG used to share, plus the fandom at large has moved on to other, newer (pop) favorites.

Oh wow this feels so true.

That’s okay I guess. Holy Ground is for the real ones now.

that really bummed me. i thought only brazil had this culture of standing and lines, for big concerts, at least. ergh

but do we think london will be the same? rep tour had floor seats...

I don’t know about London, but in Europe in general we don’t really have floor seating.

Is anyone else concerts about security at concerts lately? Especially for Taylor as she has so many stalkers

I went to a Sabrina Carpenter concert the other day and the security asked the person in front of me in the queue if had been searched (they hadn't), they said yes and he let them go straight inside :biblio:

Went to an arena concert a few months back, I brought a backpack (I got permission prior to bring one), they asked me what I had inside it and I said snacks and they just took my word for it and let me through

I've had numerous experiences with security being lapse at concerts over the past few years

Honestly, yes. At the The Weeknd show I went to in Lisbon security was NOT strict at all. My friend had a little bag and they didn’t even look :biblionny:

The worst part is I have been to the exact venue where the Ariana bombing happened a few times since and the security is STILL lapse

I went to a Halsey concert at the Ariana-bombing venue in Manchester a couple of years ago and the walk-through scanner wasn't working and I heard one of the security say we should just let everyone through as there's too many people :biblio:

Taylor definitely needs to hire her own security to search people at venues instead of using the venue's security teams. I've seen venue security for her US dates posting videos of her getting in her car on TikTok... it's terrible.

Well it just had its biggest streaming day since January of 2022, and was still only #6 overall. ATW10 is still holding up really well with over 800K daily, but the only other songs in her top 75 daily are the Max Martin bombs and the title track (so it seems botching the hits is not the reason for its “flopping”). :rip:

I fear ATW10 sucked up all the “fan favorite” energy that SOG and HG used to share, plus the fandom at large has moved on to other, newer (pop) favorites.

But I think most of the songs have or will surpass the originals, so I guess it did what it needed to do.

Pretty sure Waste of Space, then and now, is a streaming poison.

I mean even Stay Stay Stay was outstreaming it before she took out her discog.

smash hit

Speak Now couldn't come at a worse time. It will sink Cruel Summer right before it reaches its full potential. Will it be able to recover a few weeks later? Will be curious to see.

inbRED can have the high highs, but when it’s down, it’s in hell.

The album has an identity crisis!

Fearless to The Best Day is an insane consistent QUALITY.

I agree, she really should have her own security team, specially her getting SO BIG out of the blue.

Red seems to be undergoing a Speak Now like career shift where it was once THE fan favorite but it eventually went on to become underrated, with one definitive fan favorite (Enchanted, ATW). The only difference is that Red happens to have the big pop hits to obscure this fact.

Critics will always show up for Red, though, so its legacy beyond the fandom shall endure.

Fearless has 13 consecutive stone cold classics, her best singles run, and remains her album with the best tracklist sequencing. It’s better than all of her pop albums.

Fearless remains stale and even Debut leaves it in the dust.

last time I checked Fearless doesn’t have a song as good as Teardrops, Our Song, Cold As You, OR as ELECTRIC as Picture to Burn:jonny6:

Even The Lord (Debut) IS better than pandeRED.

Imagine paying Max Martin just to have forgotten pop songs that weren’t monster hits to begin with.

Flying to Paris for Begin Again MV just to spend one week in the top 10.

The way both Billie and Olivia STANS Picture To Burn.

I need Long Live to go viral SO BAD!

I've been fantasizing that she'd play it after Karma on the very last date of the tour as a surprise encore. It would be one of the most amazing moment of her tour history.
