While most fo the world never knew anything happened or moved on already earlier this week, the Buzzfeed writer who's been obsessively covering Taylor's recent fling declared her relationship "destroyed" today.

Y'all - today's article is over four thousand ******* words long, and it turns out she wrote pieces all the way back in 2016 defending Kim and Kanye during Snakegate, I'm screaming :gaycat6:  Some people just HATE to see Taylor even breathing I guess, the grip she has on these people :gaycat6:

A certain queen once said or rather sang, and I quote:

Quote

Buzz feed, buzzards and TMZ crows
What can I say that you don't already know?
Buzz feed buzzards and TMZ crows
If I just lie here, then will you let me go?

But in Tay’s case, someone should inform whoever that writer is, that if they choose to willingly continue their suffering, then they should know that it’s not gonna end anytime soon :sistrens:

Anyways, if Taylor Swift is over then how could Rock N Roll Hall of Fame inductee and Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award recipient Flava Flav be at her sold out stadium show in Detroit right now?

Yikes.

Will this user ever stop making Taylor's thread? Why not make threads about D*a's zero musical talent or her excessive payola?

Lavender Haze is one of her best pop songs, the world wasn’t readyforit.mp3 :jonnycat:

I'm surprised how the songs is holding good. Some fans were saying it was only playlists pushed but its numbers are good even with less of that, a proof of how the album is full consumed and the track 1 gets good numbers. Coming for 650M streams before the end of the year.

I wish we had sum like this but proportional to population. Singapore the country, has the population of Washinton DC the city :rip: Sad she won't show pity to the Philippines & tour there tho :'( they really deserve it.

I think for this tour she might try to get to Philippines ? Hopefully, I keep seeing these tiktok videos of a drag queen performing August at a mall there

are you really talking about Buzzfeed in 2023?. :bibliahh: It has the rilevance of a casual reddit-atrl post.

Haunted is the song i'm waiting more from SN. I hope the new arrangment can make the orchestral stronger and the guitars a little bit softer.

and why? she didn't call it "stadium tour" this time maybe for a reason.

for the 1989 tour she made an hyde park show.

We're giving for granted she have to tour on stadiums but why?. Open fields and festival can be a good solution in Europe for example. You don't have a pressure about filling things. You can sell 30K tickets, 40K, 50K or 60K and that's ok since you don't have a particular expected attendance in open fields.

This is not about attendance. She can sell out huge stadiums everywhere easily. Open fields in Asia, lots of management and securities issues.

I hope she tours Philippines this time.

She’s not doing festivals in Europe, let’s be serious. She most likely won’t do open fields either cause basically every European city at 500.000+ population has a 45k+ capacity stadium.

What are the security issues for an open field in philippines? :chick1:

I didn't Say She have to make It.

I said if a country doesn't have a good stadium for such a big staging She can make parks. I don't know what is the problem?. Springsteen right now is making an european leg is a mix of stadiums and open fields.

I mean when you have this kind of demand like 800k persons trying to get a ticket in a country actually open field makes more sense of a stadium show, when you can't make 50 shows like in the North American continent.

If they knew about this demand maybe they could have think at something like this even for South america.

Open fields are not reductive, in some sense are the next step of being a very huge live force.

Doing open fields feels like a nightmare for Taylor. She has technically advanced stage with huge catwalk, it’s a huge security issue and honestly I don’t think that experience for concert goers would be that good especially that you have kids and grandmas attending her tours. Stadiums in Europe tend to have bigger fields than in America, with her current setting she’ll easily have 60-65k tickets available for every show.

Yeah, the difference in fan experience between a stadium and an open field is something that people don't think about. Taylor's stage for the Eras tour takes up a significant amount of space compared to the average touring stage, and is literally designed to best fit in a stadium, where most people are sitting above and looking down. The show is designed to be seen on the screens behind her, but also from the stands above (given the effects on the literal stage floor itself), plus the expensive dancers and set pieces and pyro are basically wasted at a field show, since only those in the front will be able to see them properly. Field shows work best for rock bands where they just play on a raised rectangle with a screen behind, because it's much more about hearing the music and feeling the energy of the music and the crowds than it is watching the show, and the Eras tour is too much of a visual show. Sure she could adapt the show to fit these requirements (though it would be a completely different show by that point), but that would cost a lot of extra money, and it's just easier getting fans to fly to places with stadiums.

Plus, putting up the temporary physical infrastructure that a stadium inherently provides (such as creating a separation between those with tickets and those without tickets, or on site concessions stands and toilets, dressing rooms, etc etc) is expensive, and doesn't make nearly as much sense outside of a music festival context where that cost burden can be spread around multiple acts drawing multiple crowds (and thus more people). Plus, stadiums come with their own army of logistic, management, construction, security, and concessions staff that Taylor would have to find and hire locally. It can certainly be done (and many artists do choose to go this way), but for a show that's as expensive to put on as Taylor's, it doesn't make sense to do an open field show in a market where the ticket prices cannot be set high enough to offset the extra costs just because the appropriate venue isn't there. If Taylor had chosen to do an open field show in New York or LA, then it would make financial sense, but they already have massive 80k+ stadiums that can accommodate the large crowds with a superior fan experience.

I think there are bound to be stage reductions for international shows though, so that probably lowers the demand for space a bit.
