Who designed Reputation merch? Those were so good. And then Loser merch came.

Taylor was broke during L Over — can’t afford a professional photographer for the album cover, can’t afford Max Martin & Co., can’t afford a creative company for merch, can’t book stadiums.

There’s a reason she sold her diary entries with FOUR Lover deluxes. :deadbanana4:

That UMG contract must be TIGHT!

i think ms Teneo’s comment is not regarding Carolina because why should she ask us for money for that? :rip:

she’ll probably post a story and call it a day

Is ms Teneo an insider or just another allknower?

The way S&S and Eyes Open were the right course post-her self-written magnum opus Preach Now, and then went with WANEGBT and inbRED because she’s jealous of the MPGs success (Gaga, Katy, Rih). :clown:

I think there was a lot of S&S/EO in Red’s album tracks, actually. They fit very comfortably with songs like Sad Beautiful Tragic, State of Grace, Holy Ground, The Last Time, All Too Well, Treacherous, Begin Again, Come Back…

But one of the things that’s so fascinating about her career is that folklore feels like it could have been the followup to Speak Now / Red if she had pursued the singer-songwriter route instead of chasing pop success… and yet she still ended up there eventually despite going the pop route.

Ugh, I love that song so much.

Crazier reviews were so funny:deadbanana2:

Heather Phares of Allmusic praised the track, calling it "the best song on Hannah Montana: The Movie".[8] She complimented it for being "more genuine, more effortless, than any of [Cyrus'] or Hannah's tracks".[8] James Berardinelli agreed, stating, "Arguably, the movie's biggest mistake is having Taylor Swift perform a song, since she can sing and the comparison is not flattering to the movie's star."[9] Leah Greenblatt of Entertainment Weekly described "Crazier" as "a pretty, yearning ballad".[10] Premiere magazine reviewer Olivia Putnal referred to Swift's performance one of the film's "high points".[11] Peter Hartlaub of The San Francisco Chronicle believed that Swift's cameo was enjoyable, but also calls it a mistake on the part of the filmmakers, explaining "Swift is so talented that she makes Cyrus seem bland by comparison."[12] Perry Seibert from TV Guide wrote, "when genuine teen star Taylor Swift shows up to perform [...] she demonstrates all the spontaneity and authenticity that Miley Cyrus lacks

What's so crazy about Crazier is that it was like one of the first songs she ever wrote/registered. I don't remember all the details exactly but some user found documents on it. Apparently she was like 12-13 :jonny4:

There's a couple different demos of it out there as well. :flower2:

So it'd probably go on debut if she decides to redo it.

iirc it was posted and announced here first then like half an hour after that, the allknower started talking about it/posting a blurred pic but I could be wrong

Okay, but we need a good version of Crazier, 'cause MAWMA the quality of the original was SO bad.

I’ve never really bought into any of the theories like “this date plus this date minus this date equals 13” or any of the Taylor Nation hints, personally I think the only recent “hint” or “clue” from Taylor herself has been the See You Soon song used in the NYU TikTok. Idk I just felt that was her way of saying she’s all good and we’ll get something eventually.

If it's the Carolina song, then it's expected. Anyway, we should never forgive Taylor for ignoring evermore.
