I don't think she has to drop the albums before then. I think she just has to use them by then or something? Kinda like a random rep/debut merch drop using the trademarks like she did for Speak Now and 1989 merch I think.

If merch drops are sufficient to keep the trademarks (and I believe they are!), then she's fine. She's already released related merch for those albums, such as ornaments around Christmas.

We also don't talk enough about the brilliance of the track listing. The way kt starts with a very 1989/Midnights sound for the first 4 songs, only for her to mentally go off the rails by track 5. There are hints of craziness on those first 4 songs, but it's almost hidden by the synth pop shine. She legit loses her mind with shame and grief from So Long, London to the Manuscript, each song is darker than the one preceding it (Let's just ignore The Alchemy, So High-school, Thank you Kimye, and Robyn )
