He attended the Eras show in Stockholm, and she even did a tribute medley, calling him a genius. I also saw on his fan page that the Midnights guitar she gifted him was later donated to charity. That said, I didn't come across any photos of him in the audience. P.S. Where did those rumors came from?

Everyone should read the 80 pages complaint. It reveals so much about what's happening behind the scenes, and what women have to deal with because it's so easy to get the public to hate them. Sophie Turner went through a similar thing last year as well. Taylor is also mentioned twice, and they were using the witch hunt against her to damage Blake's reputation. Spoiler I read it. It wouldn't surprise me at all if Melissa Nathan is also involved in the attempt to take Taylor down. Everything about it is very similar to what I had figured out myself already: using social media to create content that gets picked up by smaller publications, which larger publications then start to cover. Especially outlets like Daily Mail, Page Six, NY Post, TMZ, and BuzzFeed. What happened to Blake seems very similar to what has happened to Taylor many times. Melissa Nathan started her company in 2024, and it was probably one of her first assignments. She wanted to succeed, so she likely brought out everything she had learned before. I'm pretty sure the lawsuit will get interesting, and more will be revealed. I'm going to do some research because a few of the names mentioned have caught my attention. Johnny Depp is a client [IS Focus] https://m.entertain.naver.com/article/241/0003381222 Journalist Jeon Hyung-hwa September 23, 2024 It was revealed on the 21st that HYBE acquired a U.S. public relations firm earlier this year. The fact that the acquisition was mentioned in the semi-annual report without any further explanation has piqued the interest of K-pop fans and HYBE shareholders alike. In various online communities and stock discussion forums, there's ongoing debate about what exactly this company does. This is especially significant as HYBE's stock price has recently dropped below 160,000 KRW, raising concerns about how this acquisition could impact the company's growth. According to HYBE's semi-annual report on the 23rd, HYBE added the U.S. PR firm "The Agency Group PR LLC" (TAG) as a subsidiary earlier this year, acquiring a 51% stake in the company. Known as 'TAG,' this company operates under HYBE America, HYBE's U.S. subsidiary. Since the acquisition was done through HYBE America, the specific purchase amount has not been disclosed. A HYBE representative stated, "The acquisition was made to bolster HYBE America's PR personnel," but did not provide details about the acquisition cost. Despite the explanation that it was to strengthen PR personnel, the specific duties of this company remain undisclosed. According to TAG's website, the firm handles services such as messaging and narrative development, media relations, crisis communication and management, as well as digital and social strategies. Corporate registration data from the state of California, reviewed by Ilgan Sports, shows that TAG is a limited liability company (LLC). While an LLC is one of the common business structures in the U.S., the future of the company could be uncertain depending on changes in its key shareholders. The data shows that TAG is jointly managed by Melissa Nathan and Ithaca Media Ventures. This Ithaca refers to Scooter Braun's Ithaca Holdings, which HYBE acquired for 1 trillion KRW. Scooter Braun is currently the CEO of HYBE America. According to foreign reports such as The Hollywood Reporter, Melissa Nathan, the CEO of TAG, previously served as the vice president of Hiltzik Strategies, the firm that handled PR for former U.S. President Donald Trump's family. She founded TAG earlier this year. Melissa Nathan has also handled PR for Johnny Depp during his lawsuits involving Amber Heard, and managed PR for Justin Baldoni, who directed the film We Are the End. Amber Heard won her lawsuit against Johnny Depp, but it's well known that her public image took a severe hit during the trial due to media coverage that portrayed her negatively. Justin Baldoni, who acquired the rights to We Are the End, was both the producer and director, as well as the lead actor in the film. However, during the promotion of the movie, there was a publicized falling out between Baldoni and the cast, to the point that they promoted the film separately. The actors reportedly unfollowed Baldoni on social media, which became a hot topic in Hollywood. As a result, media coverage significantly damaged the image of Blake Lively, the film's producer and lead actress. According to Ilgan Sports' investigation, TAG, which counts HYBE America as a client, has been managing HYBE's public relations in response to U.S. media coverage about the tensions between HYBE and ADOR, Min Hee-jin, and NewJeans. On August 12 (local time), Billboard columnist Jeff Benjamin posted on X (formerly Twitter), saying, "I tried to get a comment from Min Hee-jin, but all communications from ADOR and Min Hee-jin are controlled by HYBE." In 2021, HYBE teamed up with Universal Music to establish HYBE Universal and launched the U.S. girl group KATSEYE under the K-pop system earlier this year. HYBE America is struggling financially, with a net loss of 142.4 billion KRW last year, making the success of KATSEYE a crucial factor for their business operations in the U.S. HYBE chairman Bang Si-hyuk has been heavily involved in the group's success, even producing their title track. However, there's still a long way to go. HYBE Universal posted losses of 7.3 billion KRW in 2022, 23.4 billion KRW in 2023, and another 6.5 billion KRW in the first half of 2024. Whether TAG's acquisition will bring synergy to HYBE America remains to be seen. HYBE is currently planning to issue new convertible bonds to refinance 400 billion KRW worth of existing bonds. However, with its stock price falling to 158,000 KRW as of the morning of the 23rd, marking a 52-week low, the situation is challenging. Convertible bonds are typically issued based on future growth potential, so stock management is critical, yet HYBE's market capitalization has dropped by 4 trillion KRW compared to the beginning of the year, raising concerns about its risk management. https://x.com/juantokki/status/1838115526763307178 Spoiler Melissa Nathan is from the UK. I still think the reason she's hesitant to work with him is because she's willing to give him credit for the songwriting, even though we have proof that she pretty much comes up with an entire song composed with melodies and chords, yet he refuses to give her credit for production. This was damaging to her rep as a songwriter in the mid 2010s because people often credited him for her own lyrics and writing. People are still crediting MM for her success now even though she hasn't worked with him since 2017. We know that having men be credited for her talent is very triggering for her, as it should be, and even though she's super generous with the credits, the people she has worked with are open with giving her her flowers. Jack and Aaron share the production credits, but they're also open about her writing the lyrics/ melodies to the song, something MM has never done. I'm also struggling to imagine MM giving her a fresh sound, because his production is very limited to pop, unlike Jack and Aaron who are more versatile than him (this is just a fact ). the buble gum pop songs from Red, the synth pop of 1989, and the electropop of reputation are just not fresh sounds anymore, and everything he's done in the 2000s doesn't really work anymore. The Kelly Clarkson Pop Rock has already had its moment at the beginning of the decade, and the stuff he did in the late 2000s just sounds cheap and dated . 2

Fans might simply want to hear something fresh from different producers, and that doesn't mean Jack is bad or that it's just hate-driven criticism. Honestly, I think Taylor knows exactly how she wants her music to sound, and Jack executes her vision perfectly. My only concern is that Jack might sometimes lean too heavily into what she asks for without pushing back creatively. It could be interesting to see her collaborate with producers who challenge her in new ways. In my opinion Antonoff flattens her music, makes everything sound the same. He's only there because he's friends with Taylor. And yes, he doesn't generate feedback. It's noticeable because on TTPD the songs (I'm not referring to the number of tracks) are excessively long, all of them are at least 1 minute too long... at least. It's a total yes sir, which is what a producer should not be. In my opinion her best albums are when she was in Big Machine, precisely because she had feedback. His sound may be hit or miss now, but there's no denying that some of her best pop songs came from their collaborations, and Travis clearly loves Blank Space. If they do team up again, it could be for a Tayvis love anthem, like Blank Space 2.0. He may not always hit the mark, but he still knows how to produce solid pop tracks. Max doesn't have anything left to prove, and I can't imagine him stressing over less polished hits. With songs like Blinding Lights and his work with Abel and Ariana, he's still got a strong presence in the industry. 1

I don't know why people refuse to just say they don't like it and move on with their lives instead of acting like it's the final Taylor Swift album and Jack is a yes man. Well, it's a matter of perception. First of all, it's very rare for an artist in their 30s to have been more creative than in their 20s, that's solved by filtering. I mean, Dear John or All To Well are long, but they don't seem to be, while several songs on TTPD seem to last longer than they really do, it's something normal in music, Hey Jude doesn't seem to last as long as it does, and so on. There's always a tendency for length in Taylor, Speak Now is long, but I don't feel like there are any songs left over, you could probably get some out of it, but you couldn't. Lover (which lasts less) just like you could add "Only the Young", you could get a few songs out of it, Folklore and Evermore could have been a single album or a double album of 10 songs and not 2 of 17, Mignights could have been part of TTPD, and TTPD well... There's a tendency to go out of control from that moment on. And I say this with sadness, they might be better records if I wasn't thinking about the charts. Besides, I doubt there are many people willing to listen to all 50 Dolly Parton or Johnny Cash records...just saying. Edited Sunday at 06:21 PM by watawa
