Saying ttpd of all albums doesn't have a theme is crazy, especially compared to an album like Midnights which theme of 13 sleepless nights doesn't hold up much to scrutiny if you really think about it.

Anyways, 6 months and ttpd is still her best album. It has her most complex and unapologetically raw writing probably since Red, and it is going down as a swiftian classic.

Well yeah, the 13 sleepless nights was a marketing bs, but the album does have a story to tell.

Let me take back my words and rephrase them; TTPD has a theme like you said, of these raw, touching songs. It's sonically cohesive when it comes to the instruments/production, but the lyrics, while mostly great, are detached from one song to the other.

Or maybe I just wasn't invested in this one to figure out and connect all the dots, idk.

It's so MUCH Taylor lore. It's unhinged. I love it.

I think you should listen to the album more because it has a very consistent narrative throughout.

She reflects on two relationships that led her on, one for 6 years, and the other one for 10 years, all while contemplating her growing disdain to fame and her fanbase.

Honestly, give us TS12 and then take a long break for the BIG comeback and legendary event that will be TS13 :jonny5:

Wait! I was like "yeah right she's releasing new music soon" but then I saw it's ET. :WAP:

Imagine getting TS12 soon (like late 2024/early 2025), and while she's on break we still somehow get Rep and Debut TV to occupy us. Truly the most lucky fanbase in the world. :WAP:

So exciting! I think she'll announce in Vancouver :duca:

Also, Fortnight. What a song. I still love this mf song, so vibeyyyyyy

Announcing a new album just in time for the TTPD thread to close, what a queen giving us a free base every single time :clap3:

It is too early for a new album. I only want it if she goes back to a traditional release of having a lead single like 4-5 months before the album. 2-3 singles before the album depending on how they do, and then a release as late as possible.

But what do they mean by that? It mentions releasing new music before 'some time off together with Travis,' implying they'll both take time off. The concert and NFL schedules are public, so they could take time off either between October 7–18, or after February 9, 2025.

Maybe announcing a new album at the last tour stop and then releasing it around Feb? :jonnycat:

Valentine's Day 2025 is on a Friday :jonnycat: , but it looks like the release could come as early as this Friday or next :jonnycat: , or at the latest, February or March 2025. :jonnycat:

Wait!

Her Travis love album coming Feb 14th 2025 and then taking a long break to get married.

Coming back with TS13 after their divorce for the biggest divorce album of all time. Ugh, Taylor Swift the mastermind that you are :clap3:

Any swiftie from Nashville who's willing to check for a Charli xcx - Brat banner with Taylor's name?  I need to know if she's part of that SIAK remix (because new Taylor music is always a win (especially on a different genre :jonny5:)) & because i want to know if i have to cancel my preorder if she's not part of if )

Need TS12 to have a long album title. TTPD will look like a sore thumb if the former isn't.
