Do they? For me, they sound like everything she's done since folklore.

They obviously feature more 90s soft rock/ pop rock influences.

I hear some of that in BDILH only. And even that is a reach, cause Jack's production can't really go there without also recycling his same old same old synth style.

BDILH is mostly Aaron. And it has some of the influences I'm talking about but not the most at all. Fresh Out The Slammer, Guilty As Sin, Who's Afraid, loml, I Can Fix Him, Clara Bow, The Prophecy, So High-school, The Bolter... are the songs I'm talking about, and they don't even feature heavy synths.

She  needs to move on from GODtonoff and Aaron. There I said it!!! Have a different producer remix for each TTPDTA song and snatch another million sales!!

I mean no one is forcing you to stockholm TTPD. But she doesn't need to let us breathe; she just needs to drop top tier material again. The backlash she's getting now due to overexposure was amplified because TTPD is mid. Imagine if she actually released a top 3 album.

Plot twist: she did

as much as I love Jack and Aaron...it's time to ditch them bby

The Anthology sounds so much like folklore/evermore and we really can't have more recycled sounds on the next albums

I don't know how anyone can listen to songs like Down Bad, Fresh Out The Slammer, Guilty As Sin, But Daddy, I Love Him, Loml, The Smallest Man, Clara Bow, The Prophecy, The Balck Dog, I Look In People's Windows, The Bolter... then gaslight themselves into thinking they're of inferior quality to what she was writing on folklore and Midnights :rip:

YOU GET IT :WAP:

TTPD is her only ever project where I at least like all the songs… The Anthology is a different story, I have tried to sit with it and allow it to grow on me, and some songs certainly have… I Hate It Here, The Bolter and The Albatross especially; but otherwise… nothing in there screams WOW.

But girls, girls, I want to know what we think she's going to do for her release schedule… is Rep TV still on the cards for this year? If so, it looks like TTPD era will be coming to an end pretty swiftly.

Would have at least liked two more videos but alas…

TTPD is her best album I fear... Having fortnight, the title track, so long london, but daddy I love him, florida!!!, guilty as sin, loml and the smallest man on the same record is insane. The Anthology is great as well, but I prefer the standard version

I think everyone can agree that She has milked the Jack Antonoff relationship completely dry creatively, that titty is EMPTY

I didn't realize folklore has been consistently outstreaming MID for a while now :deadbanana: Talent always wins

Aaron still has more to give, I'll allow Her one more Aaron album before we need to re-evaluate whether or not he's creatively dry too

It's in support of the US Olympic Team, it's gonna be exclusive to America since it will be deemed as country vs. country.
