Friendly reminder that Speak Now (Taylor's Version):

- Is the best re-recording
- Is completely skipless
- Has the best vault tracks
- Has the best cover
- Has the best vinyl discs

And is the best Taylor Swift album overall :1stplace:

Actually, my most played Vault is the 1989’s, but Speak Now’s is solid too.

I’m calling it now. Since August continues to smash higher than ever in the middle of winter, August is going to pull a CS and Folklore will get the Lover album (2023-2024) treatment in 2024-2025.

:jonny5:  TTPD will flop because of Cruel Summer and August smashing

#JustClowning I am extremely excited for new music from her.

the unfortunate thing about time-related boosts for songs is that generally, the boost fades too quick for radio to play it or the label to service it as a single. "cruel summer" beat this bc it was slowly rising anyway bc of the eras boost, but "august" would have to start having rlly amazing gains in like. july or maybe even june for it to pull a CS, bc as soon as august the month is done, it suffers. dgmw the song deserves to be another hit in her catalog, but idk if i see it happening unfortunately :chick3:

Oh this is absolutely correct :ryan3:

Other than Electric Chair, every single other track is an 11/10

Like... When Emma Wins A Grammy, I Must Stream You, Christ Is Coming, Fortunate One, Flawless?????

I dare y'all to find a better collection of vault tracks because I know you can't :gaylorcat2:

I can't wait for the meltdowns to tonight :ryan3:. If people acted like her announcing a new album after winning an award is "cringe" I know they'll be in for more suffering if Travis wins and does something "cringe" cause he doesn't give a flying ****

On another note, I hate that ugly baguetteologist and how he's trading on her name for his entire career with a YouTube channel and a podcast...

You did not insult Electric Touch just to praise When Emma Gets A Divorce  .

Imagine thinking the Speak Now vault (despite being amazing) comes ANYWHERE CLOSE to the absolute excellence that is the Red vault. All Too Well 10, Better Man and Nothing New alone would make it the best vault. But she didn't stop there, she added Forever Winter, I Bet You Think About Me, Babe and The Very First Night.

Screaming @ Her travel plans from Japan to the superbowl making my local news. She's a superstar mama

Her influence now is so scary, France 24 (Both Arabic and French version) and Al Arabia have been talking about her so much in the last year. These channels never cover any "frivolous" pop culture news with the exception of a 2 minutes Grammy report each year, but they ran 10 to 13 minutes segments about the economic and cultural impacts of the era's tour, about why she was named Time's POTY, and recently about how republicans are scarred of her and about how she can sway the public to vote which ever way she wants :jonny2:. I've been watching these channels for close to 20 years now and this has never been the case with any artist, old or young :jonnycat:.

She's also all over French radio. It's crazy. They are making like 1 hour discussions about her, her power and her craft. It feels surreal.

Red vault is truly a reflection of the album. Sure you have masterpieces like Forever Winter and IBYTAM but you also have your ME!th In A Bottle’s. The Peak Now vault is simply much more consistent. Even the weakest track washes Babe or Run

Speak Now vaults were forgettable besides Foolish One and Timeless....

We all know Red vault is objectively the best one

The way OTHs are fuming so hard so they retaliate at those threads about Taylor lashing TikTok video with 1m likes. I pray for their health when TTPD is released cuz it's about to be her biggest album debut wise.

I would say Red and perhaps even 1989 have better vault tracks than Speak Now.

The only Speak Now vault song I genuinely clicked with was When Emma Falls In Love… and to a lesser extent Timeless.

Red TV has Babe, Better Man, All Too Well 10MV, Run, Forever Winter, Nothing New etc… and whilst Message In A Bottle is terrible, it’s so much f*cking fun.

All 5 vault songs from 1989 TV range from good to great.

And well Fearless TV… has Mr. Perfectly Fine I guess?

The Fearless vault is the most empty possible. MPF is literally the only thing worth listening to. :gaycat6:

Red vaults piss me off because how is she so ******* tasteless to leave those masterpieces off the album but keep **** like Go Go Go, Sad Tragic Ugly and We Are Never Getting A Good Song :biblionny:

The CORRECT ranking: Speak Now vaults > Red vaults > 1989 vaults > Fearless vaults

Agreed.

I do like the production on Don’t You but you can tell it needed more time in the oven.

BBC news (which is very normally very “stiff-upper-lip”) did a full story on Friday about the impact of her music across America and its economy, and her effect on the NFL. The headline was “The Swift Effect”.
