Now why is YNTCD charting at #66 on Global Apple Music :rip: it’s only behind Cruel Summer (#2), Lover (#27), Anti-Hero (#31), and IION? (#35) :deadbanana4:

Having solid proof that the Mine lyrics and MV were inspired by real life, hers to be specific, makes me feel sick… what if tolerate it was about them too :deadbanana4:

like these things are pretty common, but no one deserves to to go through them…

also, having both parents being cancer survivors is insane, kudos to her and Austin for being this strong (yes they’re insanely privileged) but these kind of things can easily take a huge toll on your mentality and even lead one into a dark path with no return.

imagine still trying it

Which of these Ts11’s appeal the most to you?

- synth pop inspired by 90s grunge/ alt rock with psychedelic / shoe gaze influences

- pop with trip hop influences

- pop with 70s soft rock influences

- disco pop

- hyper pop/ house/ trance

- pop with punk and alternative influences

- pop with more experimental electronic influences

- a new wave influenced pop album

Well you can start by deleting the word “pop.”

I don't think this has anything to do with it, she would sing a Vault song or something on the acoustic section and call it a day. But I believe she wants to end this journey with Debut as a way to close the circle.

Yeah, that makes sense, too. Concluding the re-recording era with the debut album being released on its 18th anniversary :clap3:

Reputation sounds very winter to me tbh. It's like a winter spent in New York/ London while Evermore is like a winter at a cabin in the woods. LWYMMD is the only song that fits Halloween. But I agree, debut is very spring/ early summer so that's a fitting date for it to be released.

I think we'll have Rep by February, Debut by June/ July, and then TS11 in December. Then she'll either add more tour dates and make it a 4-hour show instead of just 3 hours and a half, or she'll market it as gift for the fans for being so loyal and as a celebration of the end of the Era's tour.

I Did Something Bad also fits Halloween. While IDSB and LWYMMD are the only songs that fit Halloween musically, I think the whole imagery of the era revolves around Halloween - from its gothic text, snakes, darker shades, etc. Hence, I think it should be released in the fall of next year, closer to Halloween.

I don't think the Eras Tour will be extended. I always think that the reason why she released Midnights in the middle of the re-recordings is that it was the planned follow-up to Lover until the pandemic happened and Folklore and Evermore were surprised-released. Also, having 10 studio albums for an "eras tour" sounds better. Plus, I don't think Taylor would have time to modify the current structure of the tour to add a new era. That would mean new routines, dances, added work to the crews, etc. I would prefer TS11 to have its own tour like her previous tours. Lover, Folklore, Evermore, and Midnights were robbed of having a full tour.

I am also thinking that the Holiday Collection EP will be surprise-released next Christmas after all the studio album's re-recordings are done. I have a feeling that the Beautiful Eyes EP will be included to the debut TV.

A mixture of all ala Red, but this time there will be more alternative rock so that TS12 would be full alt-rock album  :gaycat2:

TS11 should sound MUNA/HAIM mixed with Jessie Ware's disco-esque twist, with Karma hint on it

I'm still pissed that some Midnights photoshoot are clearly inspired by this shoot, but she didn't deliver that sound

No point hoping for a certain sound from her, it will only end in disappointment. The only time it really came true was Folklevermore and I think the industry was really happy with that switch hence why she won AOTY#3. Switch it up queen for that 4th AOTY! I’ll take any sound at this point :monkey:

Cruel Summer becoming one of her signature songs and Lover having a residency in the top ten for months :ryan3:Lover is the cockroach of her discography :ryan3:

The answer is simple: people LOVE Lover and the only people ready to convince you that they don’t are Twitter/ATRL gays whose only experiences with “relationships” are one-sided hookups. Meanwhile the general population GETS the album and appreciates it as they should. Lover haters can seethe.

I’m gonna need online Stans to stop pushing for the “TS11 pop rock/rock/punk” because most of the time they mean early 2000’s pop rockish songs which are outdated and tired at this point. Olivia Rodrigo chased that nostalgia trend and there’s no need for Taylor to follow suit because it’ll tarnish her artistry. She does NOT need to start making generic pop rock songs that are desperately trying to cling to the early 2000’s. Electric Touch TV made sense to release since it was from an album from that era. Now, I’m all for her actually experimenting with rock sounds and creating a TRUE rock/punkish album. My boyfriend is a punk head and has gone deep into detail with me on how punk, general rock, metal, rock n’ roll etc. are all quite different and come with specific methods of music and composition. I WOULD LOVE Taylor to make songs that take inspiration from songs like Tyler by Toadies, Strutter by Kiss, Closer by Nine Inch Nails, and Brand New Cadillac by The Clash.

:coffee: Oh yes because those songs from the 70's and 90's wouldn't be outdated ? Make it make sense.....
