I understand not personally liking Paper Rings, but thinking it wouldn't be a gigantic smash...like, is it willful ignorance?

 

It's one of the few songs on Lover that is absolutely instant for all the locals I've forced to listen to the album.

I wonder if Taylor ever considered trying to make spotify replace the stolen version of songs in big playlists. iHeart radio already did this and AM has the TVs under her essential albums.

Great peaks, decent amount of streams and will eventually reach 500M+ late this year/early next year, scanned atleast 1xplat certs, I’d say they are moderate hits along with ATW10MVTV

But YBWM (2008) has small amount of playlisting so for the new version has been possible to outstresming. Love story (2008) has 30 M reach and the TV 15 M so TV version is outstreaming most of day, but WANEGBT and IKYWT has 50 M playlisting reach abd TV version only 5 M

Cardigan I'm not so sure but Willow and ATW are definitely moderate hits at the very least. Lover's singles also did fine, YNTCD for instance is approaching 5x platinum eligibility in the US. Some girls haven't seen that in forever.

I agree. I haven't listened to PR since Lover release week but I can't deny its popularity among the locals. Could've been a cute Top 10 hit with longevity, but Taylor likes to ignore obvious hits since the Reputation era so... Not surprised.
