Two headlights shine through the sleepless night
And I will get you, get you alone
Your name has echoed through my mind
And I just think you should, think you should know
That nothing safe is worth the drive
And I would follow you, follow you home
I'll follow you, follow you home

The way I, a known Red detractor, can even admit that Treacherous and Sad Beautiful Tragic are both among the top fifteen Taylor songs. :clap3:She made some points, especially the bridges. :jonny4:

All that I wanted was to be wanted
Too young to wander London streets
Alone and haunted
Born into nothing
At least you have something
Something to cling to
Visions of dazzling rooms
I'll never get let into

Such a winter song :weeps:

lmao I can already see her and those Disney adult swifties on twitter milking it to death

I just had a moment with Come Back... Be Here. I used to be a hater, but something clicked I think.

Fifteen talk. I remember my overdramatic self listening to 15 on my first day of Highschool in 2010:ryan3:I remember timing it so that I can walk through the door at the same time as "you take a deep breath as you walk through the door" :ryan3:. Taylor brainwashed me into thinking being 15 is the main pop age of teenagehood...

new orange confetti at the last show. 11 colors. interesting.

I guess the album title of TS11 is Holiday House.

this might be an unpopular opinion but the Lover house is probably the worst marketing device swifties forced on her… like was it even meant like that?

it was cute at first (and with “at first” I mean THREE years ago :skull:) but now she’s overdone it to death and it’s stale af.

I did not need to see it all over the Eras Tour either, and I think the visuals suffered for it

Is it the only account that reported that? Or is it real?

I HATE the Lover house visual. :rip:

The way I hope the house burning during Bad Blood is an indication that it'll be over at the end of The Eras Tour. :rip:

also it made no sense to burn it down, like what is she trying to say? that she’s burning down her past or something? (in a tour celebrating her entire career? nnnn)

for how groundbreaking the Eras Tour is in certain aspects, the visuals (as in backdrops and interludes) disappointed me so much. they served royalty free Envato Elements graphics throughout most of the show.

I know she couldn’t use music videos and archival footage, but a legend montage with interviews and even concert footage would have been great. not doing something like this

was such a missed opportunity imo

lmao and last thing (did not mean to essay so much on this :rip:): this is why I think that ultimately she will buy back her masters. not really for the music in and of itself, but to be able to use visuals and photos

Tbh I think that kind of videos wouldn't have been really helpful on The Eras Tour. She's already going through each eras one by one, making it already a very strong retrospective. Had she mixed up the eras I would have agreed, but in the current setting of the show, I don't think it would have worked. Except maybe as an opener, but I do really like the clock they use and I'm not sure I'd rather have it replaced.

Also, she kinda already did the retrospective of media coming at her at the Reputation tour so that would have been a repeat I feel like.

that’s a good point tbh and I like the clock as well. but as an opener or closer it would have been good I think. anything but the Lover house :skull:

in general it was just missing the interlude element for me, she could have shot something more than just footage for the LWYMMD and Anti-Hero backdrops.

and the media/interview thing wasn’t just for when they were dragging her, I meant it as a general neutral video since it’s probably footage she can use

Maybe one thing in that vein that could have worked is if in the interludes between each sets, there was a little video making a summary of the biggest moments of the era. That might have been redundant though if it was used all throughout the show.

or something like the Willow video where she follows the string into different places, and each place is a different era :jonny4:

That should have been played as she closed the show with YOYOK.

I pictured her atop a mountain of TVs while each one played different clips of her eras.
