A lot of rumors about TS11 soon but how would that even work with this tour? Would she just add a new set to the last few months of the tour? Go straight into a new tour? Maybe multi album tours will be her new thing

Tbh, she could cut most of the Red section and I would be perfectly fine with that. :coffee2:

She’s clearly working on it but she isn’t going to release it soon especially since she likely still recording it and needs to turn it in six months before release for vinyls .

She could cut some songs and lengthen show a bit to create a new section but I doubt she will.

Most likely she will announce it at her last tour date next year . I don’t think she will go straight into another multi year tour so she might simply not tour it. She could do festivals or a residency instead.

Yea releasing another album is one thing, but there's no way she's going to rejigger the whole show to add it in. I think your last sentence is correct, probably released when Eras is over and "tours" it with festivals (namely Coachella and Glasto) and the Superbowl the next year.

A residency in a stadium somewhere would be kind of a gag. Probably not feasible though.

She booked almost two week at sofi this year so maybe she could do four weeks and try to do the same for MetLife .

**** is very cute also.

Speak Now vault and Red vault are so good, i'm happy that 1989's one is at their level, Fearless deserves better the only good song from the vault is Mr. Perfectly Fine

What if the songs she cut from Eras Tour Film are an easter egg for which songs are getting replaced on the next leg :coffee: I wouldn't mind tbh, except for cardigan. I do suspect we may get one or two song changes during this next leg. But I think for the 2024 leg, we deserve a handful of changes.

The Archer = Paper Rings or DBATC or False God

no body, no crime = gold rush or rwylm

Long live = I Can See You

cardigan = exile or mirrorball

Wildest Dreams = Is It Over Now?

thanks for all the details

BB changing their year end timing is a mess though, how hard can it be to make your year end list the actual calendar year esspecially everything is digitalize nowadays, they can generate those charts in a couple hours or something

But this is madness

3 albums top 10

6 albums top 20

9 albums in top 50

Billboard is extremely behind the times in practices, methodology, and technology. They flat out refuse to correctly adapt to a digital world and I can only assume it’s in misguided pursuit of upholding their reputation and esteem as the “industry bible.”

well, people are most excited about 'best of the year' lists in december. there's low hype for such in january.

...i wonder how different her discography would be if it wasn't for...glee. thanks to that, We are Young shot to success when fun's last album barely charted, giving jack the fame it took for him and taylor to meet. and now he's produced about a billion songs for her.

Probably my least played Taylor song but this was a collapse. A solo version on reputation TV would eat. Hopefully since she's #TeamGigi that can come to fruition if she bothers to re-record it (since iirc she doesn't really need to since it's a Republic song).

Since Anti-Hero was the last song standing charting on the Hot100, now that it's dropping off, it concludes Midnights' run on the chart (for the time being, until she drops You're Losing Me and if she releases another single), it stands now as her album with the most weeks on the hot100:

1. Midnights - 201 (+1)

2. 1989 - 192

3. Fearless - 180

4. Red - 147

5. Debut - 144

6. Speak Now - 130

7. Lover - 112 (+1)

8. reputation - 95

9. Red TV - 55

10. folklore - 45

11. evermore - 37

12. Speak Now TV - 33

13. Fearless TV - 12

14. 1989 TV - 2*

She needs to challenge her sound for next album

Posted

Meanwhile y'all hope for rock album, I kinda wish TS11 will be very piano ballad-ish since she will address a lot of her breakup

It's like evermore but maybe with less village area folk-y (like dorothea, ivy, cowboy like me)

replaced with some Jack Antonoff's taste (my tears ricochet, You're Losing Me)

Palette tracks :

- champagne problems

- evermore (I really love her live performance of evermore. She sounds so wonderful yet vulnerable, It's the best from acoustic set so far)

- happiness

- exile

- hoax

- peace

- my tears ricochet

- illicit affairs

- You're Losing Me

- The Alcott

- Liability

Posted

I’m just here to say I fully endorse the above post because I see the word Evermore and a reference to The Alcott, stream Champagne Problems for clear skin and Right Where You Left Me for good mental health  :bird:

Is anyone else super tired of the ATRL mindset when you have an opinion on anything random

Everyone is like:

Look at your Taylor avi, how ironic

So rich coming from a Taylor stan

How can you say that with a Taylor swift avi

I'm sorry but why is their view of Taylor's opinions/views relevant to our individual opinions
